Ngày 03/01/2023, nhóm quỹ Dragon Capital thực hiện bán gần 2.6 triệu cp STB trong khi vừa mua vào 4.1 triệu cp của ngân hàng này vào ngày ngày 30/12/2022 trước đó.

Ngày 03/01/2023, nhóm quỹ Dragon Capital đã bán tổng cộng gần 2.6 triệu cp của Ngân hàng TMCP Sài Gòn Thương Tín (HM:STB) (Sacombank, HOSE: STB). Cụ thể, Norges Bank bán gần 1.5 triệu cp, Samsung Vietnam Securities Master Investment Trust [Equity] bán ra 100,000 cp và Vietnam Enterprise Investments Limited bán 1 triệu cp STB.

Sau giao dịch, tổng sở hữu của cả nhóm Dragon Capital giảm từ 6.0038% (gần 113.2 triệu cp) xuống còn 5.8682% (hơn 110.6 triệu cp).

Với mức giá đóng cửa phiên 03/01 ở mức 23,500 đồng/cp, ước tính nhóm quỹ đầu tư nước ngoài này đã thu về hơn 60 tỷ đồng.

Trong khi ngày 30/12/2022 trước đó, Dragon Capital đã chi ra xấp xỉ 92 tỷ đồng (ước tính theo giá kết phiên 30/12) để mua vào tổng cộng 4.1 triệu cp STB thông qua 4 quỹ thành viên, thành công nâng tỷ lệ sở hữu tại Ngân hàng từ 5.7863% lên 6.0038%.

DC Developing Markets Strategies Public Limited Company mua 1.5 triệu cp, Hanoi Investments Holdings Limited mua 1.6 triệu cp, Norges Bank mua 800,000 cp và Samsung Vietnam Securities Master Investment Trust [Equity] mua 200,000 cp STB.

Trên sàn chứng khoán, giá cổ phiếu STB đã tăng hơn 8% so với phiên đầu năm, kết phiên 06/01 ở mức 24,300 đồng/cp. Thanh khoản bình quân gần 18 triệu cp/ngày.
