Trong cùng thời gian 14/10-12/11/2022, Chủ tịch HĐQT CTCP Đầu tư Nam Long (HOSE: NLG) - ông Nguyễn Xuân Quang và 2 con trai đăng ký mua mỗi người 2 triệu cp NLG với lý do đầu tư.

Nếu thành công mua 2 triệu cp đăng ký, Chủ tịch NLG sẽ tăng tỷ lệ sở hữu từ 11.87% (45.45 triệu cp) lên 12.39% (47.45 triệu cp).

Trong khi đó, ông Nguyễn Hiệp và ông Nguyễn Nam - 2 con trai của Chủ tịch - sẽ tăng tỷ lệ sở hữu tại NLG lên lần lượt 0.79% (3.04 triệu cp) và 0.62% (2.38 triệu cp) nếu mỗi người mua thành công 2 triệu cp đăng ký.

Với giá chốt phiên 11/10 ở mức 23,550 đồng/cp, ước tính Chủ tịch và 2 con trai phải chi tổng cộng 141 tỷ đồng để tăng sở hữu tại Công ty.
