Phát Đạt cho biết cổ phiếu PDR (HM:PDR) được niêm yết minh bạch trên HoSE, giá mua bán cổ phiếu chịu ảnh hưởng tâm lý của nhà đầu tư và lĩnh vực kinh doanh. Công ty TNHH Chứng khoán Ngân hàng TMCP Ngoại thương Việt Nam - VCBS vừa thông báo bán giải chấp 3.481.800 cổ phiếu PDR thuộc sở hữu của ông Nguyễn Văn Đạt, Chủ tịch HĐQT CTCP Phát triển Bất động sản Phát Đạt (HOSE: PDR) từ ngày 16/11 đến khi đảm bảo tỷ lệ ký quỹ theo quy định của VCBS.

Trước đó, CTCP Chứng khoán MB (HN:MBS) thông báo bán giải chấp 139.400 cổ phiếu PDR của ông Đạt theo phương thức giao dịch khớp lệnh trên sàn hoặc giao dịch thoả thuận, thời gian thực hiện giao dịch dự kiến từ ngày 9/11 đến khi khắc phục được tình trạng tài khoản theo quy định của MBS.

CTCP Chứng khoán Tân Việt (TVSI) cũng bán giải chấp 1,8 triệu cổ phiếu PDR của ông Đạt, thời gian thực hiện từ phiên 8/11 cho đến khi đủ tỷ lệ ký quỹ theo quy định.

Động thái bán giải chấp hàng triệu cổ phiếu của các công ty chứng khoán đối với chủ tịch Phát Đạt diễn ra trong bối cảnh giá PDR đã giảm sàn liên tiếp 8 phiên (4/11 - 15/11).

Kết phiên 16/11, PDR tiếp tục giảm sàn về 21.150 đồng/cp, đây cũng là mức thấp nhất trong 25 tháng kể từ cuối tháng 10/2020. Như vậy, sau 9 phiên giao dịch, thị giá của PDR đã giảm hơn 47%.

Ngày 10/11/2022, PDR đã công bố thông tin giải trình về việc cổ phiếu PDR giảm sàn 5 phiên liên tiếp, cụ thể, Phát Đạt cho rằng giá cổ phiếu giảm do cung cầu của thị trường và thị hiếu của nhà đầu tư, nằm ngoài tầm kiểm soát của công ty. Phát Đạt khẳng định công ty vẫn hoạt động bình thường, kết quả kinh doanh 9 tháng đầu năm 2022 vẫn tăng trưởng tốt, hoàn toàn không có biến động xấu gì làm ảnh hưởng đến giá cổ phiếu.
