Hồi cuối tháng 11, NovaGroup bất ngờ thông báo kế hoạch bán 150 triệu cổ phiếu Novaland (HM:NVL) để đưa hệ số tài chính về mức an toàn và tái cấu trúc toàn bộ tập đoàn. CTCP NovaGroup vừa thông báo đã bán ra hơn 40 triệu cổ phiếu NVL của CTCP Tập đoàn Đầu tư Địa ốc No Va - Novaland (HOSE: NVL) theo phương thức khớp lệnh và thỏa thuận trong phiên 30/11. Theo văn bản gửi HOSE, NovaGroup cho biết đây là giao dịch công ty chứng khoán bán giải chấp.

Sau giao dịch, lượng nắm giữ của NovaGroup tại NVL giảm xuống còn gần 671 triệu cổ phiếu, tương ứng tỷ lệ 34,41%.Đáng chú ý, phiên 30/11, thị trường ghi nhận thanh khoản bùng nổ của cổ phiếu NVL. Khối lượng giao dịch thoả thuận kỷ lục gần 72 triệu đơn vị, cộng thêm hơn 23 triệu cổ phiếu giao dịch trên kênh khớp lệnh, tương ứng tổng giá trị giao dịch hơn 2.100 tỷ đồng. Giá cổ phiếu NVL cũng kết phiên tăng kịch trần phiên thứ hai liên tiếp lên 23.350 đồng/cp.

Mới đây, bà Cao Thị Ngọc Sương, vợ ông Bùi Thành Nhơn, Chủ tịch NovaGroup đã bị công ty chứng khoán bán giải chấp hơn 29 triệu cổ phiếu NVL từ ngày 23 đến ngày 28/11. Sau giao dịch, bà Sương hạ tỷ lệ nắm giữ xuống 54,3 triệu cổ phiếu NVL, tương ứng 2,78%.

Trong phiên 22/11, NovaGroup thông báo đã bán ra hơn 12,7 triệu cổ phiếu NVL.

Trước đó, NovaGroup đã bất ngờ thông báo kế hoạch bán 150 triệu cổ phiếu NVL từ ngày 30/11 đến 29/12 để đưa hệ số tài chính về mức an toản và tái cấu trúc toàn bộ tập đoàn.

Sáng nay (7/12), cổ phiếu Novaland (NVL) quay lại chuỗi nằm sàn phiên thứ 3 liên tiếp, giảm về mức 20.600 đổng/cp.
