Mới đây, MBS (HN:MBS) đã thực hiện cắt margin đối với cổ phiếu NVL và PDR (HM:PDR) của Novaland (HM:NVL) và Phát Đạt. Trong thông báo mới nhất, Chứng khoán MB (MBS) cho biết sẽ thực hiện bán giải chấp 3 triệu cổ phiếu NVL của CTCP Tập đoàn Đầu tư Địa ốc No Va - Novaland thuộc sở hữu của CTCP NovaGroup. Thời gian thực hiện bán giải chấp dự kiến từ ngày 22/11 thông qua khớp lệnh hoặc thỏa thuận.

Theo MBS, việc bán giải chấp có thể không được thực hiện theo quyết định của Công ty chứng khoán mà không có thông báo ra công chúng nếu giá thị trường của tài sản bảo đảm thay đổi hoặc chủ tài khoản bổ sung tài sản bảo đảm đủ để khắc phục được tình trạng tài khoản theo quy định tại MBS.

Số lượng chứng khoán dự kiến bán giải chấp là ước tính tại thời điểm công bố thông tin, số lượng chứng khoán bán thực tế có thể ít hơn hoặc nhiều hơn do tình trạng tài khoản/biến động thị trường và các nghĩa vụ theo quy định tại MBS thay đổi.

MBS thông báo bán giải chấp cổ phiếu NVL trong bối cảnh cổ phiếu này đã có 14 phiên liên tiếp nằm sàn, tương ứng mất 66% giá trị trong vòng 1. Hôm nay ngày 23/11, cổ phiếu NVL tiếp tục giảm sàn về mức 23.600 đồng/cp.

Đáng chú ý, MBS cũng vừa thông báo thực hiện cắt margin cổ phiếu NVL. Tương tự, Chứng khoán Mirae Asset cắt margin đối với NVL trong bối cảnh cổ phiếu NVL diễn biến không khả quan.

Trước đó, phiên sáng 22/11, có thời điểm cổ phiếu NVL thoát sàn và bật tăng gần 3% khi dòng tiền vào cuộc "bắt đáy" gần 129 triệu cổ phiếu. Mặc dù giá trị giao dịch ghi nhận mức cao kỷ lục 3,300 tỷ đồng, chiếm 21% thanh khoản khớp lệnh trên HOSE, song kết phiên chiều thị giá NVL vẫn giảm sàn phiên thứ 14 liên tiếp, xuống còn 25.350 đồng/cp.

Như vậy, không loại trừ khả năng lực bán trong phiên 22/11 có phần đóng góp tới từ hoạt động bán giải chấp của các công ty chứng khoán.
