AiVIF - Novagroup đã bán gần 98 triệu cp NVL 

CTCP Novagroup đã bán thành công gần 98 triệu cp của CTCP Tập đoàn Đầu tư Địa ốc No Va (HOSE: NVL (HM:NVL)) trong tổng số 150 triệu cp đăng ký, trong thời gian từ 30/11-29/12/2022.

Toàn bộ giao dịch bán ra là giao dịch thỏa thuận giữa Novagroup và các nhà đầu tư và tổ chức có năng lực tài chính.

Novagroup cho biết lý do không bán hết số cổ phiếu đăng ký do đơn vị cơ cấu lại kế hoạch đàm phán và điều chỉnh phù hợp theo diễn biến thị trường.

Nếu chiếu theo thị giá trung bình của cổ phiếu NVL trong thời gian giao dịch, ước tính Novagroup đã thu về gần 1,758 tỷ đồng từ thương vụ.

Sau giao dịch, tỷ lệ sở hữu của Novagroup tại NVL giảm từ 34.4% xuống còn 29.4%, tương ứng gần 573 triệu cp.

Sau chuỗi giảm sàn liên tiếp trong tháng 11, giá cổ phiếu NVL trong tháng 12 có dấu hiệu chững lại nhưng vẫn tiếp tục đà giảm.

Diễn biến giá cổ phiếu NVL từ đầu năm 2022 đến nay

Ông Bùi Thành Nhơn được đề cử vào HĐQT NVL nhiệm kỳ 2021-2026

Ngày 28/12, NVL đã công bố Nghị quyết ĐHĐCĐ về việc chính thức thông qua đơn từ nhiệm vị trí thành viên HĐQT độc lập của ông Jeffrey David Perlman, đơn từ nhiệm vị trí thành viên HĐQT của các ông Nguyễn Ngọc Huyên và Nguyễn Đức Dũng.

Đồng thời, thông qua việc thay đổi cơ cấu, số lượng thành viên HĐQT, giảm số lượng thành viên HĐQT từ 7 xuống 5, số lượng thành viên HĐQT độc lập từ 3 xuống 2.

Như vậy, HĐQT NVL còn lại 4 người là Chủ tịch Bùi Xuân Huy, thành viên Hoàng Thu Châu, 2 thành viên độc lập Phạm Tiến Vân và Nguyễn Mỹ Hạnh. Doanh nghiệp theo đó còn thiếu một vị trí trong HĐQT.

Cùng ngày 28/12, HĐQT NVL thông qua danh sách ứng viên được cổ đông đề cử vào vị trí thành viên HĐQT nhiệm kỳ 2021-2026. Danh sách này chỉ có một cái tên duy nhất là ông Bùi Thành Nhơn.
