Ngày 22/11, NovaLand (NVL (HM:NVL)) vẫn giảm sàn phiên thứ 14 liên tiếp nhưng đã có dòng tiền vào cuộc với hơn 120 triệu cổ phiếu được khớp lệnh. CTCP Đầu tư Tập đoàn Địa ốc Nova - NovaLand (HOSE: NVL) vừa phát đi thông báo đến các nhà đầu tư về các tin đồn liên quan đến tình hình tài chính của doanh nghiệp lan truyền trên thị trường.

Trong thông báo, Ban lãnh đạo NovaLand cho biết các tin đồn về tình hình nợ và khả năng thanh toán của tập đoàn là không chính xác. Các hoạt động phát hành trái phiếu của NovaLand đều tuân thủ đầy đủ các quy định của pháp luật.

Về hoạt động phát triển các dự án, đội ngũ của NovaLand và các đối tác, nhà thầu đang làm việc liên tục để hoàn thiện các bất động sản và bàn giao cho khách hàng theo đúng tiến độ của hợp đồng ký kết.

Theo đó, hoạt động xây dựng và hoàn thiện đang diễn ra ở tất cả các dự án Aqua City, NovaWorld Phan Thiết, NovaWorld Hồ Tràm và các dự án chung cư tại trung tâm TP.HCM. Ở một số dự án, NovaLand đã vượt tiến độ cam kết với khách hàng ở một số phân khu.

Thông báo này cũng cho biết, để đảm bảo năng lực tài chính và chuẩn bị cho các dự án sắp tới, NovaLand đã tích cực làm việc với các đối tác tài chính trong nước và quốc tế. Tập đoàn tiếp tục nhận được những cam kết và hỗ trợ mạnh mẽ về tài chính từ các đối tác.

Tập đoàn khuyến cáo cổ đông và các nhà đầu tư nên cập nhật các thông tin chính thức hoặc do NovaLand cung cấp, không nên tin vào các tin đồn trên thị trường.

Tập đoàn sẽ thực hiện nghĩa vụ công bố thông tin đầy đủ theo các quy định của pháp luật liên quan bao gồm quy định CBTT trên thị trường chứng khoán, quy định CBTT về trái phiếu doanh nghiệp trong nước và bộ quy tắc điều chỉnh hoạt động niêm yết trên Sở Giao dịch Chứng khoán Singapore.

Thông báo được phát đi trong bối cảnh ngày 22/11, cổ phiếu NVL vẫn giảm sàn phiên thứ 14 liên tiếp nhưng đã có dòng tiền vào cuộc. Thanh khoản tăng đột biến lên hơn 120 triệu cổ phiếu được khớp lệnh.
