Mở phiên sáng 4/11, cổ phiếu Novaland (HM:NVL) tiếp đà giảm sàn ngày hôm qua về mức 59.900 đồng/cp. CTCP Tập đoàn Đầu tư Địa ốc No Va - Novaland (HOSE: NVL) thông báo sẽ hủy ngày đăng ký cuối cùng 14/11/2022 về thực hiện quyền phát hành cổ phiếu để tăng vốn cổ phần từ nguồn chủ sở hữu.

Cụ thể, HĐQT NVL thống nhất sẽ không triển khai phương án phát hành cổ phiếu để tăng vốn cổ phần từ nguồn vốn chủ sở hữu vì phương án không còn phù hợp với tình hình hiện tại. HĐQT cho biết sẽ xin ý kiến ĐHĐCĐ về thời điểm triển khai phương án phát hành tại cuộc họp ĐHĐCĐ gần nhất.

Trước đó, NVL dự định cho phát hành gần 483 triệu cổ phiếu NVL với tỷ lệ thực hiện quyền 1:0.2475. Nguồn vốn phát hành từ thặng dư vốn cổ phần tại BCTC kiểm toán riêng 2021 với giá trị ghi nhận hơn 5,023 tỷ đồng. NVL chốt ngày đăng ký cuối cùng cho đợt phát hành là 14/11 và ngày giao dịch không hưởng quyền là 11/11.

Về hoạt động kinh doanh, quý 3/2022, NVL ghi nhận doanh thu gần 8.000 tỷ đồng và lợi nhuận sau thuế đạt hơn 2.054 tỷ đồng. 

Luỹ kế 9 tháng năm 2022, doanh thu thuần Novaland giảm 23% đạt 7.894 tỷ đồng; lãi sau thuế 2.054 tỷ đồng - giảm 19% so với cùng kỳ.

Được biết năm 2022, tập đoàn đặt mục tiêu doanh thu gần 36.000 tỷ đồng và lãi sau thuế 6.500 tỷ. Như vậy sau 3 quý, doanh nghiệp đã thực hiện được 22% kế hoạch doanh thu và gần 32% chỉ tiêu lợi nhuận sau thuế. 

9 tháng đầu năm, Nova Consumer hoàn thành 82% chỉ tiêu doanh thu, hút 17,5 triệu USD của quỹ ngoại trước thềm niêm yết
