Lực cầu bắt đáy, hàng trăm triệu cổ phiếu được khớp lệnh tạo động lực khiến NVL quay đầu tăng 2% lên mức 27.800 đồng/cp từ thị giá sàn 25.350 đồng/cp đầu phiên. Tính đến 11h phiên sáng 22/11, cổ phiếu NVL của CTCP Tập đoàn Địa ốc Nova - Novaland (HM:NVL) đã thoát sàn sau chuỗi 13 phiên nằm sàn phiên.

Tín hiệu tích cực đến từ cổ phiếu doanh nghiệp của tỷ phú Bùi Thành Nhơn đã phủ sóng gần như toàn bộ các mã bất đống sản trên thị trường. Đáng chú ý, CEO, DIG, DRH, DXG (HM:DXG), DXS, HQC, HAR, ITA, IDI, KHG, LDG (HM:LDG),.... "rủ nhau tím lịm" sau những ngày ảm đạm.

Nhóm bất động sản hiện chỉ còn VRG, TBR, PDR và NRC (HN:NRC) là vẫn giảm hết biên độ trước những thông tin tiêu cực. Tuy nhiên, Phát Đạt (PDR (HM:PDR)), sau nhiều phiên "ế hàng" với lượng khớp lệnh chỉ lèo tèo 300.000 đơn vị/ phiên đến hôm nay đã xuất hiện dòng tiền nhập cuộc. Tính đến 11h19p, PDR ghi nhận lượng khớp lện hơn 32 triệu cổ phiếu.

Tính từ đầu tháng đến ngày 21/11, VN-Index đã giảm hơn 67 điểm (-6,5%) trong đó top 10 cổ phiếu ảnh hưởng nhất đã lấy đi tổng cộng 46 điểm.

Đáng chú ý, chỉ riêng 2 cái tên NVL của Novaland và PDR của Phát Đạt đã thổi bay 25 điểm của VN-Index. Tính đến phiên 21/11, cả 2 mã này đều giảm 61% kể từ đầu tháng 11 trong đó NVL đã nằm sàn 13 phiên liên tiếp còn PDR cũng giảm hết biên độ liền 12 phiên với mức thanh khoản èo uột. 

Như vậy, việc bộ đôi này được giải cứu có thể xoá nhoà tâm lý bi quan của nhà đầu tư, tạo đà tăng điểm hồi phục cho thị trường Việt Nam.
