Cầu bắt đáy bắt đầu xuất hiện từ cuối phiên sáng ngày 28/11 và đến đầu phiên chiều, cổ phiếu NVL thoát sàn và biến động mạnh sau đó. Cuối phiên, cổ phiếu NVL dừng lại ở mức tham chiếu 20,450 đồng/cp.

Khối lượng giao dịch cũng đáng chú ý với hơn 104 triệu cp được sang tay. Đây là khối lượng giao dịch cao thứ hai trong lịch sử của NVL, chỉ sau phiên 22/11/2022 (hơn 128 triệu cp).

Trước phiên này, cổ phiếu của ông lớn bất động sản miền Nam đã giảm sàn 17 phiên liên tiếp.

Trong thời gian qua, Novaland va phải nhiều thông tin tiêu cực, đáng chú ý nhất là về vấn đề thanh khoản và câu chuyện sa thải nhân sự.
