Theo báo cáo giao dịch mới công bố, ông Bùi Cao Nhật Quân (con trai ông Bùi Thành Nhơn - Chủ tịch HĐQT NovaGroup) đã mua thành công 2 triệu cp NVL trong thời gian từ 14/10-03/11. Sau giao dịch, ông Quân tăng số lượng cổ phiếu nắm giữ lên hơn 83.2 triệu cp, tương ứng hơn 4.2%.

Trước đó, CTCP NovaGroup (NovaGroup) cũng đăng ký mua vào 8 triệu cp của CTCP Tập đoàn Đầu tư Địa ốc No Va (Novaland (HM:NVL), HOSE: NVL) theo phương thức nhận chuyển quyền sở hữu cổ phiếu qua hệ thống của Sở giao dịch chứng khoán.

Thời gian dự kiến thực hiện giao dịch từ ngày 14/10-12/11, mục đích là tăng tỷ lệ sở hữu. NovaGroup hiện là cổ đông lớn nhất ở Novaland khi nắm giữ 37.02%. Nếu việc mua thêm 8 triệu cp NVL diễn ra theo đúng kế hoạch, tỷ lệ sở hữu của NovaGroup tại Novaland sẽ hơn 37.4% vốn điều lệ, tương đương 729.83 triệu cp.

Trước đăng ký giao dịch này, NovaGroup cũng đã tăng sở hữu trực tiếp tại Novaland khi ông Bùi Thành Nhơn và bà Cao Thị Ngọc Sương (vợ ông Nhơn) hoàn tất thỏa thuận chuyển đổi cổ phiếu NVL sang NovaGroup thông qua hình thức chào bán công khai. Điều này đã được thông qua tại Đại hội đồng cổ đông thường niên 2021 của Novaland theo Nghị quyết số 15/2021-NQ.ĐHĐCĐ-NVL ngày 27/04/2021 và không làm giảm tỷ lệ sở hữu trực tiếp và gián tiếp cổ phần có quyền biểu quyết tại Novaland.

Việc tiếp tục nâng sở hữu của NovaGroup tại Novaland cho thấy cam kết của NovaGroup cũng như ông Nhơn và gia đình, cùng HĐQT và Ban Tổng Giám đốc tiếp tục dẫn dắt, kiện toàn đội ngũ phát triển Tập đoàn cùng các Tổng công ty thành viên phát triển vượt bậc, đảm bảo hệ sinh thái tăng trưởng tốt hơn theo lộ trình đã đề ra, mang lại hiệu quả tối ưu cho khách hàng, nhà đầu tư cũng như đóng góp vào sự phát triển bền vững của cộng đồng, xã hội.
