Ông Đặng Thành Tâm, Chủ tịch HĐQT CTCP Viễn thông Sài Gòn - Saigontel (HOSE: SGT) vừa đăng ký mua hơn 17,5 triệu cổ phiếu SGT theo phương thức giao dịch thỏa thuận từ ngày 18 - 24/10. Mục đích thực hiện giao dịch là mua cổ phiếu trong đợt chào bán thêm cổ phiếu ra công chúng tỷ lệ 1:1 của SGT.

Hiện tại, ông Đặng Thành Tâm nắm giữ hơn 17,5 triệu cổ phiếu SGT, tương đương 23,69% vốn điều lệ. Với giá công ty chào bán là 10.000 đồng/cp, số tiền ông Đặng Thành Tâm chi ra để thực hiện giao dịch mua theo chương trình là hơn 175 tỷ đồng.

Ngoài ra, một lãnh đạo và tổ chức có liên quan cũng đồng loạt đăng ký tham gia đợt chào bán gồm: bà Nguyễn Thị Kim Thanh, bà Hồ Thị Kim Oanh, bà Nguyễn Thị Kim Xuân, CTCP Đầu tư Sài Gòn.

Trước đó, Saigontel đã chốt danh sách cổ đông để phát hành 74 triệu cổ phiếu chào bán cho cổ đông hiện hữu, tỷ lệ 1:1. Sau đợt phát hành, vốn điều lệ của SGT sẽ tăng gấp đôi  lên 1.480 tỷ đồng.

Đáng chú ý, nửa đầu năm 2022, SGT đã phải trích lập dự phòng khoản đầu tư tài chính lên đến hơn 56 tỷ đồng, tăng đột biến so với mức 454 triệu của cùng kỳ.

Tính đến ngày 30/6/2022, SGT ghi nhận khoản đầu tư vào công ty liên doanh, liên kết 1.351 tỷ đồng và góp vốn đơn vị khác 610 tỷ đồng; khoản trích lập dự phòng đầu tư tài chính dài hạn tăng từ 53,3 tỷ đồng đầu năm lên 108 tỷ đồng.
