Trước đó tháng 8, tháng 9/2022 ông Lương Trí Thìn cũng mới mua thêm 5 triệu cổ phiếu DXG. Ông Lương Trí Thìn, Chủ tịch HĐQT CTCP Tập đoàn Đất Xanh (mã chứng khoán HM:DXG) báo cáo kết qủa giao dịch cổ phiếu DXG.

Theo đó từ 27/10 đến 8/11/2022 ông Lương Trí Thìn đã hoàn tất mua xong 10 triệu cổ phiếu DXG đăng ký mua trước đó. Giao dịch thực hiện theo phương thức thoả thuận và khớp lệnh. Sau giao dịch ông Lương Trí Thìn nâng tổng lượng sở hữu cổ phiếu DXG lên 124,89 triệu đơn vị (tỷ lệ 20,5%).

Ông Lương Trí Thìn tung tiền ra mua gom cổ phiếu DXG trong bối cảnh cổ phiếu này liên tục dò đáy, về trở lại mức của 2 năm trước.

Tuy vậy sau thông tin ông Lương Trí Thìn tung tiền đỡ giá, cổ phiếu DXG kết phiên hôm nay ngày 9/11/2022 đã tăng được 3,18% lên mức 11.350 đồng/cổ phiếu.

Trong vòng mấy tháng qua ông Lương Trí Thìn đã liên tục mua vào lượng lớn cổ phiếu DXG. Trước đó từ 23/8 đến 21/9/2022 ông Thìn đã mua 5 triệu cổ phiếu.
