CTCP Chứng khoán VIX (HOSE: VIX) vừa báo cáo kết quả giao dịch cổ phiếu của một số cổ đông liên quan đến Chủ tịch HĐQT.

Cụ thể, ông Nguyễn Văn Tuấn (em ruột bà Nguyễn Thị Tuyết - Chủ tịch HĐQT VIX) đã bán toàn bộ 87.4 triệu cp nắm giữ (tương đương 15.02% cp VIX đang lưu hành). Giao dịch được thực hiện theo phương thức khớp lệnh và thỏa thuận trong thời gian từ 30/11-07/12/2022.

Bà Dương Thị Hồng Hạnh (em dâu bà Nguyễn Thị Tuyết, vợ ông Tuấn) cũng đã bán ra toàn bộ 21.2 triệu cp VIX (3.64%) nắm giữ. Giao dịch được thực hiện vào ngày 07/12, thông qua phương pháp thỏa thuận và khớp lệnh.

Tương tự, trong 2 phiên 06/12 và 07/12, CTCP FTG Việt Nam (Tổng Giám đốc Công ty này là chồng bà Tuyết) cũng đã bán ra thành công toàn bộ 26.8 triệu cp VIX nắm giữ (tỷ lệ 4.61%).

Trước đó, ông Tuấn cùng 2 cổ đông nói trên tiết lộ lý do giao dịch nhằm cơ cấu danh mục đầu tư.

Tổng số lượng cổ phiếu VIX mà 3 cổ đông trên bán ra là 135.4 triệu cp (23.27%). Với việc giảm tỷ lệ sở hữu, nhóm cổ đông liên quan đến Chủ tịch HĐQT VIX chỉ còn bà Tuyết nắm giữ 21.3 triệu cp VIX (3.67%).

Trên thị trường, thị giá VIX giảm mạnh từ đầu năm. Từ giữa tháng 11, giá cổ phiếu VIX có diễn biến tích cực hơn khi tăng 13 phiên, trong đó có 5 phiên kịch trần. Tuy nhiên, sau đó, thị giá đã hạ nhiệt, trải qua 2 phiên giảm sàn liên tiếp 06-07/12 xuống còn 7,460 đồng/cp. Tạm lấy giá chốt phiên 07/12 làm giá giao dịch, nhóm cổ đông trên có thể đã thu về khoảng 1,010 tỷ đồng.
