Cổ phiếu PET của Petrosetco vừa có 4 phiên tăng trần trong 5 phiên giao dịch gần đây nhất. Tổng CTCP Dịch vụ tổng hợp dầu khí (HM:PET) (Petrosetco – mã chứng khoán PET) thông qua việc triển khai phương án phát hành cổ phiếu chi trả cổ tức đã được Đại hội đồng cổ đông năm 2022 thông qua.

Theo đó Petrosetco dự kiến phát hành gần 9 triệu cổ phiếu trả cổ tức năm 2021 cho cổ đông. Tỷ lệ phát hành 10%, tương ứng cổ đông sở hữu 100 cổ phiếu được nhận về 10 cổ phiếu mới.

Giá trị phát hành theo mệnh giá gần 90 tỷ đồng. Nguồn vốn phát hành lấy từ lợi nhuận sau thuế căn cứ theo BCTC kiểm toán riêng công ty mẹ năm 2021 và không được vượt mức lợi nhuận sau thuế chưa phân phối trên BCTC kiểm toán hợp nhất năm 2021.

Kết quả kinh doanh công ty mẹ năm 2021, doanh thu tăng đột biến gấp 3,5 lần năm 2020, đạt 6.329 tỷ đồng. Tuy vậy chi phí tăng cao nên lợi nhuận sau thuế chỉ còn tăng 36,3% lên trên 115 tỷ đồng. Tính đến 31/12/2021 công ty mẹ còn hơn 146 tỷ đồng lợi nhuận sau thuế luỹ kế chưa phân phối.

Còn báo cáo tài chính hợp nhất năm 2021 ghi nhận doanh thu thuần đạt 17.920 tỷ đồng, tăng 31,1% so với năm trước đó. Lợi nhuận sau thuế đạt hơn 311 tỷ đồng, tăng 122% so với cùng kỳ.

Tính đến 31/12/2021 Petrosetco còn hơn 342 tỷ đồng lợi nhuận sau thuế chưa phân phối. Ngoài ra công ty còn 272 tỷ đồng trong quỹ đầu tư phát triển, 142 tỷ đồng vốn khác thuộc chủ sở hữu và 159 tỷ đồng thặng dư vốn cổ phần.

Còn 9 tháng đầu năm 2022 doanh thu Petrosetco đạt 12.830 tỷ đồng và lãi sau thuế 177 tỷ đồng.

Trên thị trường cổ phiếu PET vừa có 4 phiên tăng trần trong tổng số 5 phiên giao dịch gần đây nhất, đưa giá cổ phiếu lên tiệm cận mức 20.000 đồng/cổ phiếu.
