VN-Index hình thành rút chân khi chạm mốc 900 điểm, tuy nhiên VN-Index vẫn sẽ nỗ lực để tìm điểm cân bằng ngắn hạn do các rủi ro hiện tại vẫn đang cần thời gian để hạ nhiệt, đặc biệt là câu chuyện giải chấp. Kết phiên giao dịch ngày 15/11, VNindex tiếp tục giảm sâu với mức giảm là 29,14 điểm xuống 911,90 điểm, toàn sàn có 43 mã tăng giá, 429 mã giảm giá, 51 mã đứng giá và 206 mã sàn . HNXindex giảm 7,67 điểm xuống 175,78 điểm, toàn sàn có 26 mã tăng giá, 184 mã giảm giá, 19 mã đứng giá và 107 mã sàn. UPCOMindex giảm 3,51 điểm xuống 63,3 điểm toàn sàn có 82 mã tăng giá, 241 mã giảm giá và 23 mã đứng giá.

Thanh khoản toàn thị trường đạt hơn 11.323 tỷ đồng tăng 6% so với phiên 14/11, trong đó giá trị giao dịch trên sàn HOSE chiếm hơn 9.796 tỷ đồng.

Khối ngoại mua ròng trên toàn thị trường hơn 1218 tỷ đồng trong đó mua ròng trên sàn HOSE với giá trị hơn 1188 tỷ đồng, mua ròng trên HNX với giá trị gần 19,48 tỷ đồng, mua ròng trên sàn UPCOM 10,2 tỷ đồng. 

Về phân tích kỹ thuật, MACD trên đồ thị ngày đang cắt xuống đường tín hiệu đồng thời MACD trên đồ thị tuần chưa cho tín hiệu cân bằng, do đó VN Index vẫn cần thời gian để tìm điểm cân bằng. Để xác nhận cân bằng và có thể tạo đáy mềm, VN Index có thể hình thành mẫu hình 3 đáy trên đồ thị ngày hoặc nến ngày của VN Index xây mẫu hình 2 đáy hoặc các mẫu hình tạo đáy thông dụng khác,...

VN-Index hiện đang giao dịch quanh ngưỡng 911 điểm với nến rút chân hình thành từ mốc tâm lý 900 điểm.

Quan sát từ góc độ thị trường, điều này cho thấy dòng tiền mua lên không xuất hiện, trong khi các vị thế nắm cổ phiếu dần phải bán ra để bảo vệ danh mục trước câu chuyện Margin call hay quản trị rủi ro. Nếu thực hiện thăm dò với tỷ trọng thấp thì ưu tiên các cổ phiếu nằm ngoài diện giải chấp, và có tín hiệu giữ giá.
