Chứng khoán Guotai Junan (Việt Nam) bị khiển trách do đã phát sinh 22 lỗi 70001 (chưa đăng nhập, không thể gửi các message khác) trong phiên giao dịch ngày 17/11/2022. Sở Giao dịch Chứng khoán Việt Nam mới công bố quyết định về việc khiển trách thành viên giao dịch. Theo đó CTCP Chứng khoán Guotai Junan (Việt Nam) bị khiển trách do phát sinh 22 lỗi 70001 (chưa đăng nhập, không thể gửi các message khác) trong phiên giao dịch ngày 17/11/2022 trên hệ thống của Sở Giao dịch chứng khoán Hà Nội, vi phạm quy định.

CTCP Chứng khoán Guotai Junan (Việt Nam) có trách nhiệm tăng cường việc kiểm soát hệ thống giao dịch, đảm bảo tuân thủ các quy định hiện hành liên quan đến hệ thống giao dịch.

Tên tuổi Chứng khoán Guotai Junan (Việt Nam) có thể còn xa lạ với nhiều nhà đầu tư. Tiền thân của CTCP Chứng khoán Guotai Junan (Việt Nam) là CTCP Chứng khoán VNS (HM:VNS) được thành lập tháng 8/2007. Tháng 8/2011 công ty đưa cổ phiếu lên niêm tyết trên Sàn giao dịch chứng khoán Hà Nội với mã chứng khoán IVS. Đến tháng 9/2011 công ty đổi tên thành CTCP Chứng khoán Đầu tư Việt Nam – cái tên quen thuộc hơn với các nhà đầu tư hiện tại. 

Cái tên Chứng Khoán Guotai Junan (Việt Nam) mới được thay đổi từ tháng 7/2021, mã chứng khoán IVS vẫn được giữ nguyên. Vốn điều lệ hiện tại 693,5 tỷ đồng.

Kết quả kinh doanh, cộng doanh thu hoạt động 9 tháng đầu năm 2022 đạt gần 58 tỷ đồng, tăng 5,3% so với cùng kỳ, trong đó doanh thu từ hoạt động môi giới chứng khoán hơn 26 tỷ đồng và lãi từ các khoản cho vay và phải thu hơn 27,7 tỷ đồng. Lợi nhuận sau thuế đạt 19 tỷ đồng, giảm đến 37% so với số lãi hơn 30 tỷ đồng đạt được 9 tháng đầu năm ngoái.

Báo cáo tài chính quý 3/2022 ghi nhận trong kỳ công ty không phát sinh hoạt động tự doanh. Giá trị giao dịch của các nhà đầu tư đạt 4.550 tỷ đồng, chủ yếu tập trung vào giao dịch cổ phiếu. Tổng dư cho vay margin và hoạt động ứng trước tiền bán cho khách hàng đến 30/9/2022 gần 332 tỷ đồng.
