Bà Đặng Huỳnh Ức My - Phó Chủ tịch HĐQT CTCP Thành Thành Công - Biên Hòa (HOSE: HM:SBT) báo cáo đã mua khớp lệnh thành công 5 triệu cp SBT trong thời gian từ 28/11-19/12/2022.

Sau giao dịch, bà My nâng sở hữu tại SBT từ hơn 100.1 triệu cp (15.39%) lên 112.1 triệu cp (16.14%).

Chiếu theo giá đóng cửa cổ phiếu SBT cuối phiên 19/12 là 13,500 đồng/cp, bà My có thể đã chi gần 68 tỷ đồng để hoàn tất giao dịch đã đăng ký.

Trước đó, bà Huỳnh Bích Ngọc - Chủ tịch HĐQT SBT, cũng là mẹ ruột bà My - báo cáo đã mua khớp lệnh thành công 2 triệu cp SBT trong thời gian từ 28/11-12/12/2022. Giao dịch hoàn thành giúp bà Ngọc nâng tỷ lệ nắm giữ tại SBT lên 10.32% - tương đương hơn 71.7 triệu cp.

Trong giai đoạn từ 28/11-14/12, ông Hoàng Mạnh Tiến - Thành viên độc lập HĐQT SBT - cũng đã mua 800 ngàn cp SBT. Giá trị thương vụ ước khoảng 10.6 tỷ đồng, qua đó nâng tỷ lệ sở hữu của ông Tiến tại SBT từ 0.24% (tương đương 1.57 triệu cp) lên 0.34% (gần 2.4 triệu cp).

Như vậy, Ban lãnh đạo SBT đã gom tổng cộng gần 8 triệu cp trong vòng 3 tuần.

Diễn biến giá cổ phiếu SBT từ đầu năm 2021 đến phiên 22/12/2022

Ban lãnh đạo SBT thay nhau tăng sở hữu tại Công ty trong bối cảnh giá cổ phiếu này hồi phục tích cực sau khi chạm đáy 9,900 đồng/cp ngày 15/11. Phiên sáng 22/12, thị giá SBT quanh mức 14,900 đồng/cp, tăng 51% trong hơn 1 tháng qua.

Về tình hình kinh doanh, theo BCTC hợp nhất quý 1 niên độ tài chính (niên độ của SBT tính từ 01/07 tới 30/06 năm sau), Công ty có doanh thu thuần gần 5,310 tỷ đồng, tăng 23% so với cùng kỳ niên độ trước; biên lợi nhuận gộp cải thiện từ 11.5% lên 12.5%; lãi ròng gần 226 tỷ đồng, tăng 16%.

Theo giải trình của Công ty, nguyên nhân lợi nhuận tăng chủ yếu do doanh thu và giá bán đường tăng so cùng kỳ. Bên cạnh đó, Công ty tiếp tục tập trung triển khai các giải pháp về nông nghiệp, sản xuất… nhằm tối ưu chi phí giá thành sản phẩm và kiểm soát tốt chi phí tại tất cả các khâu, gia tăng hiệu quả hoạt động kinh doanh.
