PNJ (HM:PNJ) sẽ phát hành cổ phiếu thưởng do thực hiện tăng vốn cổ phần từ nguồn vốn chủ sở hữu tỷ lệ 33,33%. CTCP Vàng bạc đá quý Phú Nhuận (mã chứng khoán PNJ) đã thông qua việc triển khai phương án phát hành cổ phiếu tăng vốn điều lệ từ nguồn vồn chủ sở hữu theo phương án đã được Đại hội đồng cổ đông thường niên năm 2022 thông qua.

Cụ thể, PNJ dự kiến phát hành hơn 82 triệu cổ phiếu thưởng, tỷ lệ phát hành 3:1, tương ứng cổ đông sở hữu 3 cổ phiếu được nhận 1 cổ phiếu mới. giá trị phát hành theo mệnh giá 820 tỷ đồng. Nguồn vốn phát hành lấy từ thặng dư vốn cổ phần và lợi nhuận để lại tại thời điểm 31/12/2021 theo BCTC riêng năm 2021 đã được kiểm toán. Thời gian phát hành dự kiến quý 4/2022 và quý 1/2023.

BCTC riêng năm 2021 của PNJ ghi nhận doanh thu cả năm đạt hơn 21.900 tỷ đồng - tăng 21,1% so với năm trước đó; lợi nhuận sau thuế đạt 1.055 tỷ đồng – tăng nhẹ so với số lãi 1.032 tỷ đồng đạt được năm 2020.

Tổng LNST luỹ kế đến 31/12/2021 còn hơn 1.811 tỷ đồng. Ngoài ra, PNJ còn có 991 tỷ đồng thặng dư vốn cổ phần theo số liệu trên BCTC riêng năm 2021 đã kiểm toán.

Kết quả kinh doanh hợp nhất, doanh thu 9 tháng đầu năm 2022 của PNJ đạt 25.574 tỷ đồng - gấp đôi cùng kỳ năm ngoái. Lợi nhuận sau thuế đạt 1.340 tỷ đồng - tăng 133% so với số lãi 576 tỷ đồng đạt được 9 tháng đầu năm 2021.

Trên thị trường cổ phiếu PNJ đang duy trì mức giá cao, đóng cửa phiên giao dịch ngày 8/11 ở mức 96.900 đồng/cổ phiếu.
