Platinum Victory Pte.Ltd - quỹ ngoại từ Singapore - vừa đăng ký mua hơn 4.8 triệu cp của CTCP Cơ Điện Lạnh (HOSE: REE). Thời gian giao dịch dự kiến từ 24/11-23/12/2022.

Platinum Victory Pte.Ltd hiện là cổ đông lớn của REE với tỷ lệ sở hữu 33.64% vốn điều lệ (tương đương hơn 119.5 triệu cp). Nếu giao dịch thành công, quỹ ngoại Singapore sẽ nắm giữ hơn 124.3 triệu cp REE, qua đó nâng tỷ lệ sở hữu lên 34.99%. Chiếu theo thị giá cổ phiếu REE tại phiên sáng 21/11 (lúc 10h) là 69,100 đồng/cp, ước tính giá trị thương vụ hơn 331 tỷ đồng.

Trước đó, từ ngày 20/10-18/11, quỹ ngoại này cũng đã đăng ký mua cổ phiếu REE với số lượng tương đương, nhưng không thực hiện giao dịch với lý do điều kiện thị trường không thuận lợi.

Trên thực tế, năm 2022, Platinum Victory Pte.Ltd đã có nhiều thể hiện mong muốn mua thêm cổ phần tại REE. Như giai đoạn 28/04-27/05, quỹ ngoại này đăng ký mua gần 12 triệu cp REE nhưng chỉ gom được gần 4 triệu cp vì lý do điều kiện thị trường không thuận lợi. Ước tính, giá trị thương vụ khoảng 370 tỷ đồng, qua đó nâng tỷ lệ sở hữu tại REE từ 31.16% lên 32.44%.

Về REE, Công ty vừa trải qua quý 3 với thành quả rực rỡ, khi doanh thu gấp 2 lần cùng kỳ (đạt 2.23 ngàn tỷ đồng), lãi ròng gấp 2.6 lần (gần 681 tỷ đồng). Doanh nghiệp lý giải sự tăng trưởng của mảng năng lượng làm cho lợi nhuận tăng mạnh, với đóng góp trọng yếu từ nhóm công ty thủy điện như Vĩnh Sơn - Sông Hinh (HOSE: VSH (HM:VSH)), Thủy điện Thác Bà (HOSE: TBC), Thủy điện Sông Ba Hạ (HOSE: SBH). Mảng bất động sản cũng ghi nhận tăng trưởng, chủ yếu từ công ty liên kết là CTCP Tổng CTCP Địa ốc Sài Gòn (HOSE: HM:SGR) ghi nhận kết quả dự án trong khi cùng kỳ không có.

Tình hình kinh doanh của REE từ quý 1/2021

Sau khi leo lên đỉnh 99,000 đồng/cp ngày 17/06, giá cổ phiếu REE biến động theo chiều hướng giảm, đặc biệt những phiên cuối tháng 10. Tính tới phiên sáng 21/11, thị giá REE đã giảm 30% so với đỉnh nêu trên.
