SAM Holdings (HM:SAM) mua vào hơn 3 triệu cổ phiếu DNP, và sau 3 năm quyết định đăng ký bán hết. CTCP SAM Holdings thông báo đăng ký bán toàn bộ hơn 3,7 triệu cổ phiếu DNH (HN:DNH) (tỷ lệ 3,12%) của CTCP DNP Holding để tái cơ cấu danh mực đầu tư. Giao dịch dự kiến thực hiện theo phương thức khớp lệnh và thoả thuận từ 26/12/2022 đến 19/1/2023.

Về mối liên quan, ông Bùi Quang Bách, Phó Chủ tịch HĐQT của DNP Holding cũng là Uỷ viên HĐQT của SAM Holdings.

Cách đây 3 năm, tháng 11/2019 SAM Holdings mua vào 3,37 triệu cổ phiếu DNP (tỷ lệ 3,37%). Trước đó SAM Holdings không sở hữu cổ phiếu DNP nào. Thời điểm đó giá cổ phiếu DNP đang giao dịch quanh mức 14.000 đến 17.000 đồng/cổ phiếu.

Hiện tại sau 3 năm sở hữu, SAM Holdings muốn thoái vốn. Giá cổ phiếu DNP đang “neo” quanh mức 24.200 đồng/cổ phiếu.

DNP Holiding có một cái tên quen thuộc hơn với các nhà đầu tư là CTCP Nhựa Đồng Nai. Tháng 4/2022 vừa qua công ty quyết định đổi tên thành CTCP DNP Holding với tên viết tắt DNP Holidng.

Kết quả kinh doanh, doanh thu thuần 9 tháng đầu năm 2022 đạt 5.032 tỷ đồng, tăng 47,9% so với cùng kỳ năm ngoái. Nhờ tiết giảm chi phí, giá bán tăng cao nên lợi nhuận sau thuế đạt 43 tỷ đồng, gấp hơn 5 lần so với số lãi 8 tỷ đồng đạt được 9 tháng đầu năm ngoái.
