CTCP SAM HOLDINGS (HOSE: SAM) vừa đăng ký bán toàn bộ cổ phiếu đang sở hữu tại CTCP DNP Holding (HNX: DNP), với mục đích tái cơ cấu danh mục đầu tư.

Cụ thể, SAM đăng ký bán hết hơn 3.7 triệu cp DNP để giảm sở hữu từ 3.12% về 0% vốn điều lệ. Giao dịch dự kiến thực hiện theo phương thức khớp lệnh và thỏa thuận từ ngày 26/12/2022-19/01/2023.

Về mối liên hệ, ông Bùi Quang Bách đang là thành viên HĐQT SAM, đồng thời là Phó Chủ tịch HĐQT DNP.

Trên thị trường, tính từ tháng 4/2022, giá cổ phiếu DNP “neo” quanh mốc 24,000 đồng/cp. Kết phiên 23/12, giá cổ phiếu DNP dừng ở mức 24,200 đồng/cp, giảm 30% so với mức đỉnh 34,600 đồng/cp (phiên 23/03). Tạm tính theo mức giá này, ước tính SAM sẽ thu về gần 90 tỷ đồng sau khi thoái vốn thành công.

Giá cổ phiếu DNP từ đầu năm 2022 đến nay

Theo BCTC tại thời điểm 30/09/2022, danh mục đầu tư chứng khoán của SAM đang ghi nhận hơn 56.4 tỷ đồng cp DNP (không thay đổi so với đầu năm). Nếu thoái vốn thành công với giá 24,000 đồng/cp, ước tính SAM sẽ lãi tối thiểu hơn 30 tỷ đồng.

Bên cạnh mã DNP, tại cuối quý 3/2022, SAM còn đầu tư hơn 91.1 tỷ đồng cp HPG (HM:HPG); hơn 62.2 tỷ đồng cp SJS (HM:SJS); hơn 20.7 tỷ đồng cp SSI (HM:SSI); hơn 20.5 tỷ đồng cp TCB… Tính chung, cả danh mục đầu tư chứng khoán của SAM tại ngày 30/09 ghi nhận hơn 311 tỷ đồng, trích lập dự phòng hơn 55.5 tỷ đồng, tương ứng tạm lỗ gần 18% tổng danh mục.

Xét chung kết quả kinh doanh 9 tháng năm 2022, SAM ghi nhận doanh thu gần 1,574 tỷ đồng (tăng gần 23%) và lãi trước thuế 70 tỷ đồng (giảm 22% so với cùng kỳ), thực hiện hơn 33% kế hoạch lợi nhuận năm (211 tỷ đồng).

Đối với DNP, doanh thu thuần 9 tháng đạt 5,032 tỷ đồng (tăng 48%) và lãi sau thuế đạt 43 tỷ đồng, gấp hơn 5 lần cùng kỳ năm 2021.

DNP Holding tiền thân là CTCP Nhựa Đồng Nai. Tháng 4/2022, Công ty quyết định đổi tên thành CTCP DNP Holding.
