Ngày 28/9/2022, HOSE đã nhận được hồ sơ đăng ký niêm yết của doanh nghiệp này. Sở Giao dịch Chứng khoán TP. HCM (HOSE) vừa chấp thuận niêm yết đối với cổ phiếu của CTCP Vận tải Dầu khí Thái Bình Dương (PV Trans (HM:PVT) Pacific) với mã chứng khoán PVP.

Theo đó, gần 94,3 triệu cổ phiếu PVP (mệnh giá 10.000 đồng/cổ phiếu) đã được chấp thuận giao dịch trên sàn HOSE với thời gian chưa được công bố cụ thể. Trước đó ngày 28/9/2022, HOSE đã nhận được hồ sơ đăng ký niêm yết của doanh nghiệp này.

Hiện tại, cổ phiếu PVP đang giao dịch trên sàn UPCoM với giá kết phiên 27/12/2022 là 10.000 đồng - giảm 1.000 đồng so với giá tham chiếu tại phiên đầu giao dịch trên UPCoM ngày 20/12/2016.

PV Trans Pacific được thành lập vào ngày 14/12/2007 với các cổ đông sáng lập gồm PVTrans (Mã PVT), PVFC, Bảo hiểm Dầu khí Việt Nam (Mã PVI (HN:PVI)) và Vietcombank (Mã HM:VCB). Đơn vị chính thức đi vào hoạt động ngày 28/1/2008 và hiện có vốn điều lệ 942,75 tỷ đồng.

Kinh doanh vận tải dầu thô là mảng kinh doanh chính và quan trọng nhất của PV Trans Pacific kể từ ngày đầu thành lập.

PV Trans Pacific là các nhà cung cấp duy nhất vận chuyển toàn bộ dầu thô đầu vào từ mỏ Bạch Hổ và các mỏ khác tại Việt Nam về nhà máy lọc dầu Dung Quất.

Bên cạnh đó, từ tháng 4/2018, PV Trans Pacific chính thức bắt đầu tham gia vận chuyển dầu thô cho Nhà máy lọc dầu Nghi Sơn bằng tàu VLCC (Very Large Crude Carrier) tuyến từ Kuwait về nhà máy Nghi Sơn với khối lượng bình quân khoảng 270.000 tấn/chuyến.

Về tình hình kinh doanh, lợi nhuận sau thuế của PVP cải thiện rõ nét từ năm 2015 đến nay khi tăng từ 17,1 tỷ đồng lên đỉnh lịch sử 230,7 tỷ trong năm 2020.

Năm 2021, công ty báo doanh thu 1.244 tỷ và lãi ròng giảm về 193 tỷ.

9 tháng năm 2022, PV Trans Pacific ghi nhận doanh thu đạt 961 tỷ đồng và lãi ròng 207 tỷ trong đó quý 3 đạt 176 tỷ lợi nhuận sau thuế.
