Ngày 05/12, hai thành viên thuộc nhóm quỹ Dragon Capital là Grinling International Limited và Vietnam Enterprise Investments Limited đã gom thêm tổng cộng 3 triệu cp GEX. Sau giao dịch, sở hữu của nhóm Dragon Capital tăng lên hơn 51.3 triệu cp, tương ứng gần 6.03% vốn của GEX.

Giao dịch của nhóm quỹ Dragon Capital ngày 05/12

Trước đó không lâu, Dragon Capital cũng đã mua vào cổ phiếu GEX. Ngày 29/11, nhóm quỹ thuộc Dragon Capital mua vào hơn 5.1 cp GEX và thông báo trở thành cổ đông lớn của CTCP Tập đoàn GELEX (HOSE: GEX).

Cụ thể, 2 thành viên của Dragon Capital là Amersham Industries Limited, Vietnam Enterprise Investments Limited đã mua lần lượt hơn 4.1 triệu cp và 1 triệu cp. Tổng cộng, cả nhóm mua vào hơn 5.1 triệu cp GEX.

Sau giao dịch, sở hữu của Dragon Capital tại GEX tăng từ hơn 40.3 triệu cp (4.73%) lên gần 45.5 triệu cp (5.34%), và chính thức trở thành cổ đông lớn tại đây.

Ngay trước giao dịch ngày 05/12, nhóm quỹ này đang nắm hơn 48.3 triệu cp GEX. Có thể thấy, trong khoảng thời gian từ 29/11-05/12, Dragon Capital đã gom thêm hơn 11 triệu cp GEX. Một số giao dịch có thể không được công bố do chưa làm thay đổi tỷ lệ tới ngưỡng công bố thông tin. 

Từ giữa tháng 11, cổ phiếu GEX có nhịp hồi phục khá mạnh. Từ vùng giá 10,000 đồng/cp, tới đầu phiên 07/12, GEX giao dịch ở mức 15,350 đồng/cp. So với đầu năm, giá cổ phiếu GEX đã giảm hơn 60%.
