Trước đó 2 "sếp" của Hodeco bị Công ty chứng khoán bán giải chấp cổ phiếu. Ông Đoàn Viết Thuận, Chủ tịch HĐQT của CTCP Phát triển Nhà Bà Rịa – Vũng Tàu (Hodeco – mã chứng khoán HDC (HM:HDC)) công bố thông tin giao dịch cổ phiếu HDC.

Theo đó ông Đoàn Viết Thuận đăng ký mua 200.000 cổ phiếu. Giao dịch dự kiến thực hiện theo phương thức khớp lệnh và thoả thuận từ 22/11 đến 21/12/2022.

Động thái mua lại số cổ phiếu này của Chủ tịch HĐQT Hodeco diễn ra ngay sau khi các “sếp” của công ty lên tiếng than thở về việc bị các công ty chứng khoán bán giải chấp cổ phiếu.

Cụ thể ngày 16/11/2022 Chứng khoán VPS đã bán giải chấp 804.600 cổ phiếu HDC của ông Lê Viết Hải (Tổng Giám đốc công ty) và 200.000 cổ phiếu HDC của ông Đoàn Viết Thuận. ngay sau đó 2 lãnh đạo doanh nghiệp này công bố thông tin kết quả giao dịch cổ phiếu HDC sau khi bị bán giải chấp.

Trong bản công bố thông tin, cả 2 vị lãnh đạo đều kèm thêm câu “tố” công ty chứng khoán “thiếu tinh thần trách nhiệm và thiện ý, hạ tỷ lệ margin về 0 một cách đột ngột, nên mặc dù đã liên hệ đề xuất trong vòng 1 tuần sẽ bổ sung tài sản nhưng không đuợc chấp thuận”.

Sau giao dịch bán giải chấp ngày 16/11, cổ phiếu HDC đã có 2 phiên tăng điểm 16 và 17/11, hiện giao dịch quanh mức 30.850 đồng/cổ phiếu.
