Vietstock - SHB (HM:SHB) được NHNN chấp thuận tăng vốn điều lệ

Ngày 10/10/2022, NHNN đã có văn bản chấp thuận việc Ngân hàng Sài Gòn - Hà Nội (SHB) phát hành cổ phiếu để trả cổ tức năm 2021 với tỷ lệ 15%; chào bán cổ phiếu cho cổ đông hiện hữu và phát hành cổ phiếu cho người lao động (ESOP). Sau khi thực hiện 3 phương án trên, vốn điều lệ của SHB sẽ tăng từ 26,674 tỷ đồng lên mức tối đa 36,459 tỷ đồng.

Ngân hàng Nhà nước đã có công văn số 7102/NHNN ngày 10/10/2022 về việc chấp thuận cho SHB tăng vốn điều lệ thêm tối đa 9,785 tỷ đồng thông qua hình thức: phát hành cổ phiếu để trả cổ tức với tỷ lệ 15% từ nguồn lợi nhuận sau thuế sau khi trích lập các quỹ năm 2021; phát hành cổ phiếu cho cổ đông hiện hữu và phát hành cổ phiếu theo chương trình lựa chọn cho người lao động (ESOP), nhằm khuyến khích, giữ chân nhân tài cũng như ghi nhận, tri ân những đóng góp của cán bộ nhân viên đối với sự phát triển của Ngân hàng trong suốt thời gian qua.

Phương án tăng vốn điều lệ này đã được ĐHĐCĐ SHB thông qua.

Cổ phiếu SHB được niêm yết từ năm 2009. Từ thời điểm đó đến nay, SHB là ngân hàng có lợi nhuận tăng trưởng bền vững, tăng vốn điều lệ đều đặn qua các năm. Bên cạnh đó, SHB luôn đảm bảo lợi ích của cổ đông thông qua việc chi trả cổ tức hàng năm từ 7-15%/năm.

Trong 9 tháng đầu năm, SHB đã đạt kết quả kinh doanh tích cực. Tổng tài sản của SHB đạt hơn 528 nghìn tỷ đồng. Huy động vốn từ tổ chức kinh tế và cá nhân đạt gần 400 nghìn tỷ đồng. Dư nợ cho vay khách hàng đạt gần 380 nghìn tỷ đồng. Lợi nhuận trước thuế đạt 9,035 tỷ đồng, tăng 79% so với cùng kỳ năm 2021 và thực hiện được 78% kế hoạch ĐHĐCĐ đã đề ra.

Các chỉ số hoạt động kinh doanh ngân hàng đảm bảo an toàn, tuân thủ quy định của NHNN và tiêu chuẩn Basel II.
