SHB (HM:SHB) chốt ngày chi trả cổ tức bằng cổ phiếu tỷ lệ 15% vào cuối tháng 11/2022. Ngân hàng TMCP Sài Gòn - Hà Nội ( SHB) vừa có thông báo về ngày chốt danh sách cổ đông để chi trả cổ tức năm 2021 bằng cổ phiếu với tỷ lệ 15%.

Cụ thể, theo Nghị quyết của HĐQT, ngày 24/11/2022 là ngày đăng ký cuối cùng để cổ đông thực hiện quyền nhận cổ tức năm 2021 bằng cổ phiếu với tỷ lệ 15% theo phê duyệt của NHNN và Ủy ban Chứng khoán Nhà nước (cổ đông sở hữu 100 cổ phiếu sẽ được nhận 15 cổ phiếu).

Nguồn vốn được sử dụng để phát hành cổ phiếu trả cổ tức là từ nguồn lợi nhuận sau thuế và sau khi trích lập các quỹ đầy đủ theo quy định pháp luật và theo báo cáo tài chính năm 2021.

Sau khi hoàn thành việc chi trả cổ tức, vốn điều lệ của SHB sẽ tăng thêm hơn 4.000 tỷ đồng, lên mức 30.674 tỷ đồng.

Trước đó, NHNN đã có văn bản chấp thuận cho SHB tăng vốn điều lệ thêm tối đa 9.785 tỷ đồng thông qua phát hành cổ phiếu để trả cổ tức với tỷ lệ 15%; phát hành cổ phiếu cho cổ đông hiện hữu và phát hành cổ phiếu theo chương trình lựa chọn cho người lao động (ESOP).

Theo báo cáo tài chính mới công bố, trong 9 tháng đầu năm 2022, SHB ghi nhận tổng tài sản đạt hơn 528.000 tỷ đồng. Lợi nhuận trước thuế đạt hơn 9.035 tỷ đồng, hoàn thành 78% kế hoạch ĐHCĐ đã đề ra.
