Lý do được Sông Đà 6 (SD6) đưa ra là bởi công ty chưa thu xếp được tiền để thanh toán theo kế hoạch. CTCP Sông Đà 6 (Mã SD6 - HNX) vừa có thông báo về việc điều chỉnh thời gian chi trả cổ tức bằng tiền phần còn lại của năm 2015 (tỷ lệ 5%) và đợt 1 năm 2016 (tỷ lệ 5%).

Theo kế hoạch ban đầu, thời gian chi trả cổ tức các đợt nêu trên là ngày 30/12/2022. Tuy nhiên trong thông báo mới nhất, thời gian chi trả được lùi lại đến ngày 29/12/2023.

Lý do được SD6 đưa ra là bởi chưa thu xếp được tiền để thanh toán theo kế hoạch.

Sông Đà 6 là công ty con của Tổng CTCP Sông Đà (Mã SJG (HN:SJG)). Doanh nghiệp này vừa lãi trở lại 206 triệu đồng sau khi lỗ tới 17,2 tỷ trong quý 2/2022.

Lũy kế 9 tháng, doanh thu công ty giảm 50% YoY còn 160 tỷ đồng, lỗ ròng gần 2,5 tỷ và lỗ lũy kế 17,4 tỷ.

Tính đến cuối quý 3/2022, SD6 đang có 4,74 tỷ đồng tiền và tương đương tiền. Nợ phải trả gần 835 tỷ - gần gấp đôi vốn chủ.

Trước đó, một doanh nghiệp thuộc họ "Sông Đà" khác là CTCP Đầu tư Phát triển Đô thị và Khu công nghiệp Sông Đà - Sudico (mã SJS (HM:SJS)) cũng thông báo thay đổi thời gian chi trả cổ tức năm 2016 từ 30/12/2022 sang 30/6/2023 đồng thời thời gian thanh toán cổ tức năm 2017 từ 30/12/2022 sang 30/6/2023.
