Được biết Tổng Công ty Sông Đà (SJG (HN:SJG)) hiện vẫn là công ty mẹ nắm giữ hơn 20 triệu cổ phiếu SD9 - tương ứng 58,4% vốn Sông Đà 9. CTCP Sông Đà 9 (Mã SD9 - HNX) công bố báo cáo tài chính hợp nhất quý 3/2022 với doanh thu thuần đạt 139 tỷ đồng - giảm 16% so với cùng kỳ năm 2021. Mặc dù vậy, tỷ lệ tăng giá vốn bán hàng chậm hơn giúp công ty thu về 37 tỷ đồng lợi nhuận gộp - tăng so với mức 32,6 tỷ YoY; biên lãi gộp quý tăng lên mức 26,6%.

Trong quý, doanh thu hoạt động tài chính của công ty cải thiện so với cùng kỳ lên mức 1,7 tỷ đồng thời chi phí tài chính và chí phí quản lý doanh nghiệp cũng tăng lên mức 20,6 tỷ và 8,4 tỷ đồng. Công ty tiếp tục không ghi nhận chi phí bán hàng.

Sau trừ các khoán thuế phí, Sông Đà 9 báo lãi sau thuế hơn 6,7 tỷ đồng - tăng gần 31% so với quý 3/2021 song lại giảm tới 58% so với quý trước đó và là mức thấp nhất trong 4 quý trở lại đây.

Lũy kế 9 tháng năm 2022, SD9 thu về 415 tỷ đồng doanh thu  - tăng khoảng 26 tỷ so với cùng kỳ năm 2021 qua đó hoàn thành được gần 72% kế hoạch doanh thu năm; lợi nhuận trước thuế đạt 47,7 tỷ đồng - tăng 28% YoY đồng thời vượt tới 377% chỉ tiêu cả năm. Phần lợi nhuận sau thuế của SD9 ghi nhận mức gần 35,6 tỷ đồng.

Tính đến cuối quý 3, tổng tài sản của công ty ở mức 2.148 tỷ đồng trong đó các khoản tiền - tương đương tiền và đầu tư tài chính ngắn hạn đạt gần 220 tỷ; nợ phải trả giảm về còn 1.320 tỷ đồng trong đó 775 tỷ là vay nợ tài chính.

Quý 3 vừa qua, Tổng Sông Đà báo lãi trước thuế đạt 334 tỷ đồng; lãi sau thuế gần 305 tỷ - tăng 90% YoY.

Lũy kế 9 tháng năm 2022, doanh nghiệp này ghi nhận doanh thu đạt 4.088 tỷ đồng - giảm gần 500 tỷ so với cùng kỳ năm 2021; lợi nhuận sau thuế thu về 1.548 tỷ đồng - gấp 6 lần mức 257 tỷ đồng trong cùng thời điểm. Đáng nói, khoản lợi nhuận khủng này có đóng góp lớn từ khoản lãi đột biến 1.028 tỷ đồng trong quý 2 vừa qua với việc công ty ghi nhận đột biến từ khoản doanh thu tài chính.

Trên thị trường chứng khoán, cổ phiếu SD9 kết phiên 8/11/2022 ở mức 6.600 đồng - giảm 54% so với thời điểm đầu năm.
