Liệu giá khởi điểm cho tài sản liên quan đến nhà máy giấy này với giá 230 tỷ đồng đã đủ hập dẫn? Ngân hàng Công thương Việt Nam (vietinbank – mã chứng khoán CTG) chi nhánh Phú Thọ lại vừa đăng thông báo đấu giá khoản nợ của CTCP Giấy BBP phát sinh tại Vietinbank (HM:CTG) chi nhánh Bắc Phú Thọ. Đây là lần thứ 6 Vietinbank mang khoản nợ này ra rao bán. Lần trước đó diễn ra vào ngày 27/10/2022 với giá khởi điểm 255 tỷ đồng nhưng vẫn “ế”. Giá khởi điểm của lần thứ 5 đã hạ rất sâu so với lần thứ 4.

Lần thứ 6 mang khoản nợ này ra đấu giá, Vietinbank tiếp tục đại hạ giá thêm 25 tỷ đồng, xuống còn gần 230 tỷ đồng so với lần trước. Giá này chỉ cao hơn dư nợ gốc hơn chục tỷ đồng. Phiên đấu giá lần này diễn ra vào 15h ngày 7/11/2022.

Khoản nợ giữa CTCP Giấy BBP và Vietinbank chi nhánh Phú Thọ có dư nợ gốc hơn 212,5 tỷ đồng, lãi vay trong hạn hơn 154,7 tỷ đồng và lãi phạt quá hạn hơn 21,8 tỷ đồng. Tổng dư nợ gốc và lãi quá hạn đến 30/6/2022 là hơn 389,2 tỷ đồng.

Tài sản thế chấp bao gồm:

- Toàn bộ nhà xưởng, máy móc thiết bị và các hạng mục khác phục vụ sản xuất giấy in, viết của dự án đầu tư xây dựng nhà máy sản xuất giấy in, viết công suất 50.000 tấn/năm của CTCP Giấy BBP được đầu tư xây dựng, lắp đặt trên đất của 2 quyền sử dụng đất có diện tích 31.867 m2 tại khu Tầm Vông, thị trấn Phong Châu, huyện Phù Ninh, tỉnh Phú Thọ theo Hợp đồng thế chấp tài sản và các văn bản sửa đổi bổ sung kèm theo.

- Toàn bộ nhà xưởng và vật kiến trúc khác được xây dựng trên đất của Quyền sử dụng đất có diện tích 18.945 m2 tại khu Tầm Vông, thị trấn Phong Châu, huyện Phù Ninh, tỉnh Phú Thọ theo Hợp đồng thế chấp tài sản và các văn bản sửa đổi bổ sung kèm theo.

- Dây chuyền thiết bị tẩy trắng bột tre công suất 10.000 tấn/năm, hệ thống thiết bị xeo, hệ thống máy khuấy bột, máy biến áp 1.500KVA, hệ thống cân điện tử... theo Hợp đồng thế chấp tài sản và các văn bản sửa đổi bổ sung kèm theo.

- 5 phương tiện vận tải gồm 1 xe ô tô con, 02 xe Volvo 642, 1 xe ô tô tải, 01 xe nâng hàng theo Hợp đồng thế chấp tài sản và các văn bản sửa đổi bổ sung kèm theo.

Cùng đợt này Vietinbank cũng đưa tài sản liên quan đến Nhà máy gạch Tuynel Phú Thọ ra đấu giá lại lần thứ 6. Lần đấu giá này cũng được hạ giá khởi điểm đáng kể so với lần trước đó.
