Phiên sáng nay (ngày 8/12), cổ phiếu Tân Tạo (ITA (HM:ITA)) tăng hết biên độ lên mức 4.750 đồng/cp, tương ứng đã tăng 82% trong chưa đầy 1 tháng. Mới đây, CTCP Đầu tư và Công nghiệp Tân Tạo (HOSE: ITA) đã có văn bản gửi Sở giao dịch chứng khoán TP HCM (HOSE) về việc đã khắc phục những nguyên nhân chứng khoán bị đưa vào cảnh cáo, đề nghị HOSE xem xét đưa công ty ra khỏi diện này theo quy định.

Theo đó, ITA cho biết doanh nghiệp đã báo cáo và khắc phục hoàn toàn tình trạng chứng khoán bị cảnh cáo trong quý 3, trong quý 4 không phát sinh lỗi vi phạm và không phải khắc phục.

Đến thời điểm hiện tại, ngoài việc đã khắc phục hết những nguyên nhân dẫn đến chứng khoán bị đưa vào cảnh báo, ITA đã thực hiện đúng những quy định về công bố thông tin và thực hiện đầy đủ những thông tin yêu cầu của HOSE và Ủy ban Chứng khoán Nhà nước.

Do vậy, ITA đề nghị HOSE xem xét để đưa công ty ra khỏi diện cảnh báo theo quy định.

Trước đó, vào cuối tháng 8, cổ phiếu ITA bị HOSE đưa vào diện cảnh báo kể từ ngày 6/9 vì vi phạm quy định công bố thông tin từ 4 lần trở lên trong vòng 1 năm, thuộc trường hợp chứng khoán bị cảnh báo theo quy định.

Ngay sau đó, ITA đã gửi báo cáo phúc đáp công văn của HOSE. Cụ thể, ITA đã trả lời việc khắc phục bằng cách gửi các tài liệu sửa đổi, bổ sung những nội dung liên quan đến giao dịch của công ty với các bên liên quan, công bố bổ sung các biên bản họp và nghị quyết hội đồng quản trị về việc thực hiện các giao dịch liên quan.

Trên thị trường, cổ phiếu ITA có đà tăng một mạch từ ngày 25/11 đến 5/12 trong đó có đến 6 phiên tăng trần. Sau khi điều chỉnh nhẹ trong 2 phiên 6 - 7/12, ITA tiếp tục tăng hết biên độ trong phiên sáng nay 8/12.
