Sắp tới, Techcombank (HM:TCB) sẽ “bơm” thêm hơn 10.000 tỷ đồng vào Chứng khoán Kỹ Thương (TCBS). Ngày 22/12 vừa qua, Ngân hàng Thương mại cổ phần Kỹ Thương Việt Nam Techcombank (HoSE: TCB) đã mua lại toàn bộ 2.000 tỷ đồng trái phiếu đang lưu hành của lô TCBH2023003.

Lô trái phiếu này được phát hành ngày 22/12/2020 có thời hạn 3 năm với lãi suất 4,0%/năm. Thời gian đáo hạn vào ngày 22/12/2023.

Ở diễn biến khác, Techcombank đã thông qua ý kiến cổ đông về việc mua 105 triệu cổ phiếu được CTCP Chứng khoán Kỹ Thương (TCBS) chào bán riêng lẻ với giá dự kiến 95.600 đồng/cp. Tổng số tiền đầu tư dự kiến là 10.038 tỷ đồng.

Theo TCBS, vốn tăng thêm từ Techcombank sẽ được công ty chứng khoán này sử dụng cho những mục đích như sau: (i) Duy trì vị thế dẫn đầu của Công ty trong các mảng kinh doanh cốt lõi gồm cổ phiếu, trái phiếu, đầu tư và quản lý gia sản; (ii) Đáp ứng được kỳ vọng tiếp tục tăng trưởng thị phần và số lượng khách hàng và nhu cầu khách hàng trong mảng kinh doanh giao dịch cổ phiếu và vay ký quỹ trong thời gian tới, được tạo bởi một số chương trình kinh doanh đột phá như Zero-fee, iXu, eVoucher, kết nối các hệ sinh thái ... mà Công ty đang chuẩn bị triển khai; (ii) Đẩy mạnh hơn các mảng tự doanh của Công ty vào các cơ hội trên thị trường cổ phiếu và trái phiếu nhằm tiếp tục duy trì mức lợi suất cao tại Công ty đặc biệt trong giai đoạn hiện tại khi thị trường đang được định giá hấp dẫn; và (iv) đẩy nhanh và mạnh hơn nữa vào đầu tư vào công nghệ Wealthtech và khoa học dữ liệu.

Sau khi thương vụ hoàn tất, tỷ lệ sở hữu của Techcombank tại TCBS sẽ tăng lên mức 94,2% vốn. Vốn điều lệ của TCBS sẽ tăng lên hơn 2.176 tỷ đồng.

Về tình hình kinh doanh, lợi nhuận trước thuế 9 tháng của TCB đạt 20.821 tỷ đồng, tăng 22% so với cùng kỳ năm trước và thực hiện 77% kế hoạch năm.
