Quý 3/2022, MWG (HM:MWG) mang về 32.012 tỷ đồng doanh thu thuần, tăng 31% so với quý 3/2021; lãi sau thuế 907 tỷ đồng; tăng 15% so với cùng kỳ. CTCP Đầu tư Thế Giới Di Động (HOSE: MWG) vừa lên tiếng giải đáp một số câu hỏi của cổ đông liên quan đến các tin đồn trên mạng xã hội về các khoản đầu tư ngắn hạn của MWG.

Cụ thể, trên BCTC hợp nhất quý III/2022 được Thế Giới Di Động công bố ngày 28/10/2022, Công ty có khoản mục “đầu tư tài chính ngắn hạn” với giá trị 8.846 tỷ đồng. Khoản mục này không được thuyết minh chi tiết trong các báo cáo gần đây.

Trước các tin đồn, thông tin cập nhật của MWG cho biết khoản mục trên bao gồm 7.235 tỷ đồng là các khoản tiền gửi tại các ngân hàng và không có vấn đề về thanh khoản, có thời hạn còn lại từ 1 - 6 tháng và 1.611 tỷ đồng là các khoản đầu tư vào trái phiếu ngắn hạn.

Trong 1.611 tỷ trái phiếu ngắn hạn. 100% giá trị trái phiếu mà MWG đầu tư sẽ đến hạn thanh toán trong 1 - 3 tháng tới. MWG khẳng định: "Đây là những trái phiếu có tài sản đảm bảo và cam kết mua lại từ đơn vị bảo lãnh theo hợp đồng.

Danh mục đầu tư đa dạng từ hơn 10 tổ chức phát hành. Trong đó, 80% không liên quan đến ngành bất động sản, đây là trái phiếu của các ngân hàng quốc doanh, doanh nghiệp uy tín trong lĩnh vực tài chính, sản xuất, dịch vụ.

100% trái phiếu hoàn toàn không có mối quan hệ nào với các doanh nghiệp/tập đoàn và các ngân hàng/công ty chứng khoán đang được điều tra hay nhắc đến gần đây trên các phương tiện thông tin đại chúng liên quan đến các sai phạm trong phát hành trái phiếu".

MWG cũng chia sẻ "Công ty sẽ xử lý các hành vi tung tin đồn thất thiệt, xuyên tạc, bịa đặt gây thiệt hại cho doanh nghiệp theo quy định của pháp luật"
