Tính từ mức đỉnh lịch sử 92.500 đồng (ngày 7/1/2022), cổ phiếu CEO đã "bốc hơi" gần 78.700 đồng thị giá - tương ứng giảm 85%. CTCP Tập đoàn C.E.O (HN:CEO) (HNX) vừa thông qua Nghị quyết HĐQT về kế hoạch phát hành cổ phiếu theo chương trình lựa chọn cho người lao động (ESOP) năm 2022.

Mục tiêu của đợt phát hành ưu đãi này là nhằm thu hút lao động có năng lực quản lý, trình độ chuyên môn, tạo sự gắn bó và gắn kết lợi ích người lao động, cán bộ quản lý với tập đoàn.

Đối tượng của đợt chào bán là cán bộ chủ chốt của công ty, các công ty con và người lao động đã ký kết hợp đồng - có nhiều đóng góp cho công ty. Riêng người lao động là cán bộ nhân viên đáp ứng thêm điều kiện thâm niên làm việc tối thiểu 5 năm.

CEO dự phát hành tối đa 5.146.800 cổ phiếu (tương đương 2% số lượng cổ phiếu đang lưu hành); giá phát hành là 10.000 đồng/cổ phiếu. Nếu phát hành thành công, vốn điều lệ của công ty sẽ tăng thêm gần 51,5 tỷ đồng lên mức 2.625 tỷ đồng.

Cổ phiếu ESOP sau phát hành bị hạn chế chuyển nhượng trong vòng 1 năm.

Trên thị trường chứng khoán, sau khi rơi về mức thấp nhất kể từ đầu tháng 7/2021 (mức 8.100 đồng thị giá), cổ phiếu CEO bất ngờ tăng mạnh trong gần 2 tuần trở lại đây (từ ngày 16/11/2022) với 7/8 phiên tăng trần.

Kết phiên 25/11, cổ phiếu CEO đứng mức 13.800 đồng - tương ứng tăng 70% giá trị. Tuy nhiên, nếu tính từ mức 70.900 đồng hồi đầu năm, cổ phiếu này hiện đã giảm gần 81%; nếu tính từ mức đỉnh lịch sử 92.500 đồng (ngày 7/1/2022), cổ phiếu này đã "bốc hơi" gần 78.700 đồng thị giá - tương ứng giảm 85%. 

Diễn biến giảm điểm của cổ phiếu CEO diễn ra ngay sau thời điểm ông Trịnh Văn Quyết - cựu Chủ tịch HĐQT Tập đoàn FLC (HM:FLC) bị phát giác hành vi bán chui hàng chục triệu cổ phiếu FLC kéo theo đó là làn sóng báo tháo nhóm cổ phiếu bất động sản,...

Về kết quả kinh doanh, CEO Group vừa kết quả kinh doanh quý 3/2022 với doanh thu đạt 334 tỷ đồng - gấp 2,7 lần cùng kỳ; lãi sau thuế 41 tỷ đồng trong khi cùng kỳ lỗ sau thuế 58 tỷ đồng. 

Lũy kế 9 tháng, doanh thu thuần của CEO Group đạt 1.052 tỷ đồng; lãi sau thuế 111 tỷ đồng trong khi cùng kỳ lỗ 223 tỷ. Mặc dù vậy, so với mức lãi gần 306 tỷ đồng trong quý 4/2021, mức lợi nhuận ròng các quý năm 2022 đầy đã giảm rất mạnh.

Tại ngày 30/9/2022, tổng tài sản của CEO đạt 7.846 tỷ đồng - tăng 11% so với đầu năm; tiền và các khoản tương đương tiền đạt 318 tỷ đồng; hàng tồn kho gấp 2,4 lần đạt 1.463 tỷ đồng.

Về nguồn vốn, nợ phải trả tại ngày kết thúc quý 3/2022 là 4.296 tỷ đồng - tăng 22% so với đầu năm. Tuy nhiên, nợ vay của CEO đã  giảm 5% còn 1.662 tỷ đồng.
