Sau gần 2 tháng kể từ khi tạo đáy 13.250 đồng trong phiên 10/11/2022, hiện cổ phiếu KBC của Đô thị Kinh Bắc (HM:KBC) đã tăng 96% giá trị. Tổng CTCP Phát triển Đô thị (HN:UDJ) Kinh Bắc (Mã KBC - HOSE) công bố Nghị quyết HĐQT về việc thông qua phương án mua lại cổ phiếu nhằm giảm vốn điều lệ.

Theo đó, Kinh Bắc dự đăng ký mua lại tạm thời 50 triệu cổ phiếu KBC nhằm giảm vốn điều lệ từ mức 7.676 tỷ đồng hiện tại về còn 7.176 tỷ đồng; nguồn vốn thực hiện mua lại được lấy từ thặng dư vốn cổ phần ghi nhận tại báo cáo tài chính soát xét đến 30/9/2022 (đạt gần 2.743 tỷ).

Phương thức mua lại được thực hiện thông qua các giao dịch khớp lệnh và/hoặc thỏa thuận trên thị trường với giá theo giá thị trường và không vượt quá 34.000 đồng/cổ phiếu.

Thời gian thực hiện dự kiến trong quý 1 - 2/2023 sau khi được Ủy ban Chứng khoán Nhà nước chấp thuận. Thời gian giai dịch trong khoảng thời gian 1 tháng kể từ khi bắt đầu thực hiện giao dịch mua lại.

Trên thị trường, cổ phiếu KBC hiện giao dịch tại mức 26.000 đồng/cổ phiếu (lúc 14h22 phiên 5/1/2023). Trước đó, mã đã ghi nhận chuỗi 6 phiên tăng mạnh liên tiếp kéo thị giá từ 20.000 đồng (phiên 26/12/2022) lên mức hiện tại - tương ứng tăng 30%. Nếu tính từ mức thấp nhất 13.250 đồng trong phiên 10/11/2022, hiện mã đã tăng 96% sau gần 2 tháng.

Trước đó ngày 28/12/2022, Đô thị Kinh Bắc đã tổ chức ĐHCĐ bất thường lần 2 và thông qua nhiều nội dung quan trọng trong đó có kế hoạch mua lại 100 triệu cổ phiếu - tương ứng 13% số cổ phiếu đang lưu hành để giảm vốn điều lệ.

CTCP Chứng khoán Navibank sẽ là đại lý thực hiện giao dịch mua cổ phiếu.

KBC cũng đồng thời hủy phương án chào bán 150 triệu cổ phiếu riêng lẻ năm 2022 theo Nghị quyết ĐHCĐ ngày 10/2/2022 trong bối cảnh điều kiện không thuận lợi và cổ phiếu KBC đã lao dốc mạnh trong năm 2022 (-50% giá trị).

Về tình hình kinh doanh, 9 tháng năm 2022, Kinh Bắc mang về 1.289 tỷ đồng doanh thu và 2.135 tỷ đồng lãi sau thuế.

Về kế hoạch năm 2023, mới đây công ty đã đặt mục tiêu tổng doanh thu hợp nhất đạt 9.000 tỷ đồng và lãi sau thuế 4.000 tỷ đồng.
