Ông Đào Hữu Huyền - Chủ tịch HĐQT CTCP Tập đoàn Hóa chất Đức Giang (HOSE: DGC) vừa đăng ký mua 1 triệu cp DGC nhằm tăng tỷ lệ sở hữu. Giao dịch dự kiến thực hiện từ ngày 17/11-16/12/2022 theo phương thức khớp lệnh.

Hiện, ông Huyền đang sở hữu gần 68.8 triệu cp DGC, tương đương tỷ lệ 18.11%. Nếu mua thành công, vị Chủ tịch sẽ nâng tỷ lệ sở hữu lên 18.38%, tương đương gần 69.8 triệu cp.

Chiếu theo giá cổ phiếu DGC kết phiên 14/11 là 57,200 đồng/cp, ước tính ông Huyền cần chi 57.2 tỷ đồng để mua thành công số cổ phiếu đã đăng ký.

Động thái gom vào cổ phiếu của ông Huyền diễn ra trong bối cảnh giá cổ phiếu DGC lao dốc không phanh. Hiện, DGC có phiên giảm sàn thứ 3 liên tiếp về còn 57,200 đồng/cp,  giảm gần 56% so với đỉnh 134,700 đồng/cp (phiên 17/06). Đây cũng là vùng giá thấp nhất trong vòng 14 tháng kể từ ngày 13/09/2021

Diễn biến giá cổ phiếu DGC từ đầu năm 2022 đến nay

Trước đó, tháng 6, con trai ông Huyền là ông Đào Hữu Duy Anh chỉ mua thành công 172,900 cp DGC trong tổng số 1 triệu cp đã đăng ký trong thời gian từ 18/05-16/06/2022. Hiện, ông Duy Anh đang là Thành viên HĐQT kiêm Tổng Giám đốc DGC.

Với thị giá trung bình trong khoảng thời gian trên là 176,609 đồng/cp, ước tính ông Duy Anh đã chi 30.5 tỷ đồng để hoàn tất giao dịch. Sau khi hoàn tất, ông Duy Anh tăng tỷ lệ sở hữu từ 2.92% (hơn 5 triệu cp) lên 3.02% (gần 5.2 triệu cp).

Về tình hình kinh doanh, quý 3/2022, DGC ghi nhận doanh thu thuần gần 3,696 tỷ đồng, tăng 75% so với cùng kỳ năm trước và lãi sau thuế gần 1,514 tỷ đồng, tăng 210%.

Lũy kế 9 tháng đầu năm, doanh thu của Công ty đạt gần 11,333 tỷ đồng, tăng 86%, do sản lượng sản xuất tăng, doanh thu các mặt hàng tăng, giá bán tăng (doanh thu phốt pho vàng tăng 171%, doanh thu các mặt hàng phân bón tăng 32% và doanh thu WPA tăng 68%…). Theo đó, lợi nhuận sau thuế đạt gần 4,917 tỷ đồng, tăng 342%.

Năm 2022, DGC đã thông qua kế hoạch kinh doanh với doanh thu 12,117 tỷ đồng và lợi nhuận sau thuế 3,500 tỷ đồng. Với kết quả trên, Hóa chất Đức Giang đã thực hiện lần lượt 94% chỉ tiêu doanh thu và vượt 40% kế hoạch lợi nhuận năm.
