Sở Giao dịch Chứng khoán Hà Nội (HNX) đã công bố 10 công ty chứng khoán (CTCK) có thị phần môi giới phái sinh lớn nhất quý 4/2022 và năm 2022.

Mặc dù giảm so với quý trước nhưng Chứng khoán VPS vẫn tiếp tục giữ vị trí số 1 về thị phần. Thị phần công ty này giảm từ mức 60.89% xuống còn 58.58%.

Cùng với VPS, phần lớn CTCK trong top 5 đều ghi nhận thị phần sụt giảm so với quý trước. Cụ thể, thị phần CTCK xếp vị trí thứ 3 là SSI (HM:SSI) giảm từ mức 5.46% xuống còn 4.99%.

Trong khi Chứng khoán Kỹ thương (TCBS) sụt giảm thị phần trong quý 4/2022 xuống còn 3.31%, Chứng khoán VNDIRECT (VND (HM:VND)) có sự cải thiện về thị phần lên mức 3.93%. Điều này đồng nghĩa VND đã có sự cải thiện thứ bậc, vươn lên vị trí thứ 4 trong bảng xếp hạng, đồng thời đẩy TCBS rơi xuống vị trí thứ 5.

Đáng chú ý nhất là Chứng khoán TPHCM (HSC), thị phần của CTCK này tăng lên đáng kể từ mức 9.6% trong quý 3/2022 lên 12.18% trong quý 4/2022, qua đó giúp duy trì vị trí thứ 2 trên bảng xếp hạng.

CTCK ở top dưới ghi nhận sự cải thiện thứ bậc đáng kể là Chứng khoán Phú Hưng (PHS), từ vị trí thứ 10 lên vị trí thứ 8 với 2.24%.

Nhìn chung cả năm 2022, VPS tiếp tục cho thấy sự vượt trội trên thị trường giao dịch phái sinh với vị thế dẫn đầu nhiều năm liên tiếp, theo sau là HSC, SSI, VND và TCBS.

Thứ hạng thị phần môi giới năm 2022 của top 5 không có nhiều sự biến động, tuy nhiên Chứng khoán MB (2.92%) đã để lọt vị trí thứ 5 về tay TCBS (3.42%). Đây là sự cải thiện thứ bậc đáng chú ý của TCBS, năm 2021 TCBS không nằm trong top 10 CTCK có thị phần môi giới phái sinh lớn nhất. 

Trong khi thị phần của những CTCK top đầu được giữ vững, thì những CTCK nửa sau top 10 có sự phân chia lại thị phần. PHS cũng là một CTCK khác lọt vào top 10 giao dịch phái sinh 2022.

Việc xuất hiện hai cái tên mới là TCBS và PHS trong bảng xếp hạng đã đánh bật Chứng khoán Ngân hàng Ngoại thương (VCBS) và Chứng khoán KB Việt Nam (KBSV) ra khỏi top 10 trong năm 2022.
