Kết tuần giao dịch từ 19 - 23/12/2022, VN-Index giảm 32,14 điểm (-3,05%) xuống 1.020,34 điểm; giá trị giao dịch trên HOSE giảm 1,8% so với tuần trước còn 69.833 tỷ. HNX-Index giảm 7,69 điểm (-3,61%) xuống 205,3 điểm; giá trị giao dịch trên HNX giảm 9,5% xuống 6.245 tỷ đồng. Trong tuần qua, nhóm cổ phiếu nguyên vật liệu đã bị chốt lời sau tuần tăng nhẹ trước đó, với các cổ phiếu thép HPG (HM:HPG) (-10%), HSG (HM:HSG) (-12,6%), NKG (HM:NKG) (-12,1%), TLH (-10,85%), SMC (-8,6%) và hóa chất DGC (HM:DGC) (-9,4%), DCM (HM:DCM) (-3,8%), CSV (HM:CSV) (-10,1%),...

Nhóm cổ phiếu công ty chứng khoán lùi bước với SSI (HM:SSI) (-10,7%), HCM (-8,4%), VND (HM:VND) (-12,8%), VCI (HM:VCI) (-11,5%), FTS (HM:FTS) (-13,8%), CTS (-9,7%), VIX (HM:VIX) (-16,4%), AGR (HM:AGR) (-8,9%), TVB (-7,3%), ORS (-13,4%),…

Cổ phiếu dịch vụ tiêu dùng đồng loạt giảm với các cổ phiếu bán lẻ MWG (HM:MWG) (-4,3%), PNJ (HM:PNJ) (-3,8%), DGW (HM:DGW) (-12,2%). Trong khi đó, cổ phiếu hàng không cũng điều chỉnh với VJC (HM:VJC) (-1,3%), HVN (HN:HVN) (-10,3%),...

Các nhóm ngành còn lại đều suy giảm như tiện ích cộng đồng (-2,8%), dược phẩm và y tế (-1,2%), dầu khí (-0,8%), hàng tiêu dùng (-0,6%), công nghệ thông tin (-0,2%),...

Khối ngoại mua ròng 1.455 tỷ đồng, ghi nhận tuần thứ 7 rót ròng liên tục: VPD được mua ròng gần 785 tỷ; HPG và FUEVFVND hút lần lượt 307 tỷ và 165 tỷ.

Bên phía bán ròng EIB (HM:EIB) bị bán mạnh với giá trị 1.635 tỷ đồng, bỏ xa mã các mã còn lại trong danh mục rút vốn.

Tại HNX, khối ngoại nâng quy mô mua ròng lên gần 120 tỷ đồng, qua đó đẩy quy mô gom ròng từ đầu năm lên gần 1.900 tỷ đồng. Trên thị trường UPCoM, khối ngoại duy trì bán ròng với giá trị gần 93,5 tỷ đồng.

Trong tuần, nhà đầu tư cá nhân là bên duy nhất bán ròng với quy mô 2.645 tỷ đồng trong đó mạnh nhất là nhóm cổ phiếu ngân hàng với gần 854 tỷ đồng, nhóm dịch vụ tài chính 430 tỷ, nhóm cổ phiếu tài nguyên cơ bản 252 tỷ,…

Ngược lại, lực cầu chủ yếu tập trung ở nhóm bất động sản với gần 179 tỷ. Các cổ phiếu hàng cá nhân & gia dụng và xây dựng & vật liệu cũng nằm trong danh mục giải ngân với giá trị thấp hơn.

Khối tự doanh đảo chiều mua ròng gần 1.300 tỷ đồng cổ phiếu: Cụ thể trong tuần này, khối tự doanh mua ròng tổng cộng 1.228 tỷ đồng cổ phiếu EIB, tập trung qua lệnh trao tay thỏa thuận. Hai mã chứng khoán khác được mua ròng đó là KDC (HM:KDC) (150 tỷ ) và SAB (HM:SAB) (49 tỷ).

Ở chiều bán ra, cổ phiếu NVL (HM:NVL) bị ban gần 269 tỷ đồng. Ngoài ra, dòng tiền còn rút ra khỏi các cổ phiếu vốn hóa lớn như HPG (99 tỷ đồng), DXG (HM:DXG) (32,9 tỷ đồng), VND (32,8 tỷ đồng), MSN (HM:MSN) (26,3 tỷ đồng), PDR (HM:PDR) (12,2 tỷ đồng).
