Đà giảm kinh hoàng của DIG (HM:DIG) đã khiến gia đình ông Nguyễn Thiện Tuấn, Chủ tịch DIC Corp bị bán giải chấp tổng cộng 20,05 triệu cổ phiếu. CTCP Đầu tư Phát triển Thiên, cổ đông lớn nhất của Tổng CTCP Đầu tư Phát triển Xây dựng - DIC Corp (HOSE: DIG) thông báo vừa bán 8,37 triệu cổ phiếu DIG từ ngày 21/11 đến ngày 22/11.

Tạm chiếu theo giá đóng cửa ngày 22/11 là 13.000 đồng/cp, ước tính Thiên Tân đã thu về số tiền khoảng 108 tỷ đồng.Sau giao dịch, tỷ lệ sở hữu của Thiên Tân tại DIG giảm từ 13,15% về còn 11,79% vốn điều lệ.

Đáng chú ý, trước đó, từ ngày 11/10 đến 10/11, Thiên Tân đã bị công ty chứng khoán bán giải chấp tổng cộng hơn 13,37 triệu cổ phiếu DIG trong bối cảnh mã này sụt giảm mạnh.

Tuy nhiên sau khi tạo đáy 10.100 đồng/cp, DIG đã phục hồi 28% với nhiều phiên xanh tím và đạt 13.000 đồng/cp vào thời điểm đóng cửa phiên 25/11, song so với hồi đầu năm mã này đã mất gần 87% thị giá.

Đà giảm kinh hoàng của DIG không chỉ khiến cổ đông lớn nhất bị bán giải chấp mà cả gia đình lãnh đạo cũng phải đối mặt với việc call margin tới tấp.

Từ tháng 10 đến ngày 16/11, gia đình Chủ tịch Nguyễn Thiện Tuấn đã bị bán tổng cộng 20,05 triệu cổ phiếu DIG.
