Cổ phiếu PDR (HM:PDR) (Phát Đạt) hiện đang giao dịch tại mức 13.200 đồng thị giá - tăng gần 18% so với đáy 11.200 đồng ghi nhận ngày 16/11. CTCP Phát triển Bất động sản Phát Đạt (Mã PDR - HOSE) vừa thông báo về việc Tổng Giám đốc Bùi Quang Anh Vũ đã mua thành công hơn 18,01 triệu cổ phiếu theo phương thức khớp lệnh trong thời gian từ 24/11 - 20/12/2022.

Trước đó, vị lãnh đạo này đã đăng ký mua vào 20 triệu cổ phiếu từ ngày 24/11 đến 23/12 song do thay đổi kế hoạch tài chính nên không thể mua hết số cổ phiếu như đã thông báo.

Tính theo mệnh giá, ông Vũ đã chi hơn 180 tỷ đồng để hoàn tất giao dịch trên. Nếu tính theo giá trung bình trong thời gian vị lãnh đạo thực hiện giao dịch ở mức 13.375 đồng/cổ phiếu, tạm tính giao dịch của ông Bùi Quang Anh Vũ có tổng giá trị khoảng gần 241 tỷ đồng.

Sau giao dịch, lượng cổ phiếu PDR được sở hữu bởi Tổng Giám đốc tăng từ 3,21 triệu đơn vị (tỷ lệ 0,48%) lên 21,22 triệu đơn vị (tỷ lệ 3,16% vốn)

Trên thị trường chứng khoán, cổ phiếu PDR hiện đang giao dịch tại mức 13.200 đồng thị giá - tăng gần 18% so với đáy 11.200 đồng ghi nhận ngày 16/11. Phiên 22/12, mã này tăng trần lên mức 12.800 đồng thị giá và tiếp tục tăng 3% trong phiên 23/12 (lúc 14h26) kéo thị giá lên mức 13.200 đồng.

Dù vậy, so với thời điểm đầu năm, thị giá của mã hiện đã giảm 81% từ mức 69.850 đồng.

Ở diễn biến liên quan, ông Nguyễn Văn Đạt - Chủ tịch HĐQT Bất động sản Phát Đạt vừa bán ra 3,52 triệu cổ phiếu PDR nhằm giảm tỷ lệ sở hữu từ 292 triệu cổ phiếu (tỷ lệ 43,48%) về còn 288,5 triệu cổ phiếu (tỷ lệ 42,95%) theo phương thức khớp lệnh trong ngày 21/12/2022.
