Transimex (TMS (HM:TMS)) sẽ phát hành cổ phiếu thưởng do thực hiện tăng vốn cổ phần từ nguồn vốn chủ sở hữu tỷ lệ 15%. CTCP Transimex (mã chứng khoán TMS) thông qua phương án triển khai phát hành cổ phiếu thưởng do thực hiện tăng vốn cổ phần từ nguồn vốn chủ sở hữu. 

Theo đó transimex dự kiến phát hành hơn 15,8 triệu cổ phiếu. Tỷ lệ phát hành 15%, tương ứng cổ đông sở hữu 100 cổ phiếu được nhận về 15 cổ phiếu mới. Giá trị phát hành theo mệnh giá 158 tỷ đồng. Nguồn vốn phát hành lấy từ thặng dư vốn cổ phần tại Báo cáo tài chính riêng năm 2021 đã kiểm toán. Thời gian thực hiện từ quý 4/2022 đến quý 1/2023.

BCTC công ty mẹ năm 2021 của Transimex ghi nhận tính đến 31/12/2021 Transimex còn 48 tỷ đồng lợi nhuận sau thuế luỹ kế chưa phân phối; 148 tỷ đồng trong quỹ đầu tư phát triển và 715 tỷ đồng thặng dư vốn cổ phần.

Còn kết quả kinh doanh hợp nhất ghi nhận doanh thu tăng 2021 tăng 86,7% so với năm trước đó, đạt 6.381 tỷ đồng. Lợi nhuận sau thuế tăng 93,5% lên mức 621 tỷ đồng. Tính đến 31/12/2021 Transimex còn 1.165 tỷ đồng lợi nhuận sau thuế luỹ kế chưa phân phối. Ngoài ra công ty còn 154 tỷ đồng trong quỹ đầu tư phát triển và 716 tỷ đồng thặng dư vốn cổ phần.
