Động thái triệu tập ĐHCĐ bất thường của Trí Việt diễn ra sau khi tập đoàn này trải qua nhiều biến động khi Chủ tịch HĐQT Phạm Thanh Tùng bị khởi tố về tội thao túng thị trường chứng khoán. HĐQT CTCP Tập đoàn Quản lý tài sản Trí Việt (Mã: TVC) vừa thông qua nghị quyết về việc triệu tập họp ĐHCĐ bất thường năm 2023 dự kiến diễn ra ngày 15/3/2023. Ngày đăng ký cuối cùng để thực hiện quyền tham dự cuộc họp là 2/2/2023.

Nội dung dự kiến thảo luận tại Đại hội là kiện toàn nhân sự của Hội đồng quản trị và các nội dung khác thuộc thẩm quyền của ĐHĐCĐ theo điều lệ công ty.

Động thái triệu tập ĐHCĐ bất thường của Trí Việt diễn ra sau khi tập đoàn này trải qua nhiều biến động khi Chủ tịch HĐQT Phạm Thanh Tùng bị khởi tố về tội thao túng thị trường chứng khoán liên quan đến vụ án xảy ra tại CTCP Louis Holdings, CTCP Louis Capital (TGG (HM:TGG)), CTCP Louis Land (BII), CTCP Chứng khoán Trí Việt (TVB) ngày 20/4.

Về phía Trí Việt, tập đoàn khẳng định vụ việc liên quan đến ông Phạm Thanh Tùng là trách nhiệm cá nhân của ông Tùng và chưa có kết luận chính thức. Vụ việc nêu trên không tác động hay làm thay đổi các định hướng kinh doanh, đồng thời không ảnh hưởng tới quyền, lợi ích hợp pháp của cổ đông và khách hàng đang có giao dịch với công ty.

Về tình hình kinh doanh, 9 tháng đầu năm, TVC ghi nhận doanh thu đạt hơn 127 tỷ đồng, giảm 58% so với cùng kỳ; lỗ 257 tỷ đồng, trong khi cùng kỳ lãi gần 431 tỷ đồng.
