Cổ phiếu TTF (HM:TTF) của Gỗ Trường Thành đã mất đi 2/3 giá trị kể từ đầu năm 2022 đến nay. Bà Đinh Thị Kim Dung, một nhà đầu tư cá nhân, thông báo vừa mua xong hơn 30,7 triệu cổ phiếu TTF của CTCP Tập đoàn kỹ nghệ Gỗ Trường Thành. Giao dịch thực hiện ngày 19/12/2022.

Sau giao dịch, bà Kim Dung nâng lượng sở hữu cổ phiếu TTF từ 6,8 triệu (tỷ lệ 1,65%) lên hơn 37,56 triệu cổ phiếu (tỷ lệ 9,14%) và trở thành cổ đông lớn của Gỗ Trường Thành.

Trong phiên giao dịch ngày 19/12/2022 có hơn 34 triệu cổ phiếu TTF được giao dịch thoả thuận với giá bình quân 4.330 đồng/cổ phiếu. Ước tính bà Kim Dung chi khoảng 133 tỷ đồng để mua số cổ phiếu trên.

Nếu tính từ đầu năm 2022 đến nay cổ phiếu TTF đã mất đi 2/3 giá trị, từ vùng giá 13.500 đồng/cổ phiếu xuống còn 4.300 đồng/cổ phiếu như hiện nay. Thậm chí thời điểm giữa tháng 11/2022 TTF còn cón lúc xuống đến mức 3.100 đồng/cổ phiếu sau chuỗi giảm dài. Còn từ đầu tháng 12/2022 đến nay TTF cũng đã tăng giảm liên tục, lên cao nhất 5.100 đồng/cổ phiếu và xuống thấp nhất 4.300 đồng/cổ phiếu như hiện tại.

Trước đó ông Mai Hữu Tín, Chủ tịch HĐQT công ty, đăng ký mua 10 triệu cổ phiếu. Giao dịch dự kiến thực hiện từ 23/11 đến 22/12/2022. Hiện tại ông Tín chưa báo cáo kết quả giao dịch. Tuy nhiên thời điểm ông Tín đăng ký, cổ phiếu TTF đang ở vùng đáy của 2 năm trở lại đây. Trước giao dịch này ông Tín không sở hữu cổ phiếu TTF nào.

Nhắc đến Gỗ Trường Thành, doanh thu 9 tháng đầu năm 2022 đạt 1.516 tỷ đồng, tăng 38,8% so với cùng kỳ năm ngoái. Chi phi tăng cao cộng thêm gánh nặng chi phí tài chính khiến số lãi sau thuế còn lại hơn 7 tỷ đồng, giảm 34% so với cùng kỳ năm ngoái. 

Tính đến 30/9/2022 Gỗ Trường Thành vẫn còn lỗ luỹ kế hơn 3.000 tỷ đồng. Vốn chủ sở hữu còn 462 tỷ đồng trong khi vốn góp của chủ sở hữu 4.112 tỷ đồng.
