Theo số liệu từ Hiệp hội Thị trường Trái phiếu Việt Nam (VBMA), trong tháng 11/2022 có 5 đợt trái phiếu riêng lẻ được ghi nhận với giá trị 1,934.7 tỷ đồng.

Dữ liệu VBMA tổng hợp từ HNX và SSC ghi nhận tính đến ngày 01/12, CTCP Tập Đoàn Masan (HOSE: HM:MSN) là doanh nghiệp phát hành trái phiếu nhiều nhất với 1,700 tỷ đồng. Ngoài ra còn có 4 đợt phát hành của Ngân hàng TMCP Đầu Tư và Phát Triển Việt Nam (BIDV (HM:BID), HOSE: BID), CTCP Đầu Tư Đức Trung (UPCoM: DTI) và CTCP City Auto (HOSE: CTF).

Tính từ đầu năm đến hết tháng 11/2022, có tổng cộng 2 đợt phát hành ra quốc tế của CTCP Tập Đoàn VinGroup (HOSE: VIC (HM:VIC)) trị giá 625 triệu USD, 23 đợt phát hành ra công chúng với giá trị gần 10.6 ngàn tỷ đồng (chiếm 4% tổng giá trị phát hành) và 420 đợt phát hành riêng lẻ trị giá xấp xỉ gần 243 ngàn tỷ đồng (chiếm 96% tổng giá trị phát hành).

Giá trị phát hành trái phiếu ra công chúng giảm 60% so với cùng kỳ năm trước và giá trị phát hành trái phiếu riêng lẻ giảm 56%.

Trong đó, nhóm ngân hàng hiện vẫn dẫn đầu về giá trị phát hành với tổng giá trị đạt hơn 136 ngàn tỷ đồng, tương đương 53.8% tổng giá trị phát hành.

Nhóm bất động sản đứng ở vị trí thứ hai với gần 52 ngàn tỷ đồng, chiếm khoảng 20.4%. Từ đầu năm đến nay, các doanh nghiệp đã thực hiện mua lại gần 164 ngàn tỷ đồng, tăng 32% so với cùng kỳ năm 2021. Trong năm 2023, VBMA ước tính sẽ có khoảng 309 ngàn tỷ đồng trái phiếu đáo hạn.
