Ước tính theo thị giá hiện tại, Vicostone (HN:VCS) sẽ chi khoảng 250 tỷ đồng để mua lại số cổ phiếu quỹ này. Hội đồng quản trị CTCP Vicostone (mã chứng khoán VCS) đã họp thông qua nội dung xin ý kiến Đại hội đồng cổ đông bằng văn bản. Danh sách cổ đông đã được chốt ngày 9/12/2022 vừa qua. Nội dung lấy ý kiến cổ đông về việc mua lai cổ phiếu quỹ của công ty.

Cụ thể Vicostone muốn mua lại 4,8 triệu cổ phiếu làm cổ phiếu quỹ nhằm bảo vệ lợi ích của cổ đông và nhà đầu tư trước diễn biến phức tạp của thị trường chứng khoán. Vicostone trình nội dung mua lại cổ phiếu làm cổ phiếu quỹ và giảm vốn điều lệ tương ứng.

Nguồn vốn thực hiện lấy từ thặng dư vốn cổ phần, quỹ đầu tư phát triển, lợi nhuận sau thuế chưa phân phối hoặc quỹ khác được uỷ quyền cho Hội đồng quản trị công ty quyết định. Giá mua lại theo quy chế hiện hành. Thời gian thực hiện dự kiến trong quý 1/2023.

Trên thị trường cổ phiếu VCS vừa có phiên tăng điểm thứ 7 liên tiếp, đưa giá cổ phiếu lên mức 52.500 đồng/cổ phiếu. Tạm tính theo thị giá này Vicostone sẽ chi khoảng 252 tỷ đồng để mua lại số cổ phiếu quỹ nêu trên.

Về kết quả kinh doanh, doanh thu 9 tháng đầu năm 2022 của Vicocstone đạt 4.433 tỷ đồng, giảm 14,8% so với cùng kỳ năm ngoái. Lợi nhuận sau thuế giảm 27,8% xuống mức 942 tỷ đồng.

Tính đến 30/9/2022 Vicostone còn 3.438 tỷ đồng lợi nhuận sau thuế luỹ kế chưa phân phối. Ngoài ra công ty còn 88 tỷ đồng trong quỹ đầu tư phát triển, 18 tỷ đồng quỹ khác thuộc chủ sở hữu.
