Đây là lần thứ 8 Vietinbank (HM:CTG) đưa khoản nợ này ra rao bán, giá khởi điểm lần này chưa đến 1/2 tổng dư nợ. Ngân hàng TMCP Công Thương Việt Nam (vietinbank – mã chứng khoán CTG) - Chi nhánh Bắc Phú Thọ (VietinBank Bắc Phú Thọ) thông báo về việc bán đấu giá khoản nợ thương mại của khách hàng là Công ty Cổ phần Đầu tư và Xây dựng Bắc Á. Đây là lần thứ 8 Vietinbank mang khoản nợ này ra bán đấu giá.

Trước đó ở lần thứ 7 đưa khoản nợ này ra đấu giá ngày 16/11/2022, Vietinbank đã phát giá khởi điểm hơn 16 tỷ đồng, giảm sâu so với lần trước đó. 

Lần thứ 8 này đưa khoản nợ này ra đấu giá, Vietinbank chỉ mong muốn thu về giá khởi điểm gần 14,5 tỷ đồng – hạ rất sâu so với lần thứ 7. Giá khởi điểm này còn thấp hơn rất nhiều so với dư nợ gốc mà công ty Bắc Á phải trả. Phiên đấu giá dự kiến diễn ra vào 9h ngày 24/11/2022 - chỉ sau phiên đấu giá trước đó hơn 1 tuần.

Xem thông tin về khoản nợ cho thấy khoản nợ của công ty Bắc Á tại Vietinbank có tổng dư nợ đến 30/6/2022 là hơn 30,2 tỷ đồng, trong đó dư nợ gốc 24,2 tỷ đồng, lãi vay trong hạn 4,5 tỷ đồng và lãi phạt quá hạn hơn 1,5 tỷ đồng.

Tài sản bảo đảm cho nghĩa vụ thanh toán cho khoản nợ bao gồm:

- Máy móc thiết bị dự án đầu tư xây dựng nhà máy sản xuất nhà máy gạch tuynel Bắc Á được xây dựng gắn liền với diện tích đất thuê 12.989,7 m2 tại xã Sơn Vi, huyện Lâm Thao, tỉnh Phú Thọ bao gồm: Nhà xưởng sản xuất; dây chuyền, máy móc sản suất (Lò nung, máy chế biến tạo hình, trạm biến áp…). 

-Các tài sản khác gồm 3 nhà xe; nhà bảo vệ; chòi, nhà điều hành 1; nhà điều hành 2; trạm xăng; sân lát gạch chỉ, sân bê tông, đường nội bộ, nhà vệ sinh chung và các công trình phụ trợ khác, công suất: 70 triệu viên gạch/năm theo.

- Xe ô tô nhãn hiệu Toyota Camry đứng tên chủ sở hữu là Công ty Cổ phần Đầu tư và Xây dựng Bắc Á.
