Đây là tài sản đảm bảo cho khoản vay của Công ty SHC Việt Nam - một công ty chuyên về ẩm thực Nhật Bản - tại Vietinbank. Ngân hàng TMCP Công thương Việt Nam (HM:CTG) (Vietinbank – mã chứng khoán CTG) Chi nhánh KCN Quế Võ thông báo về việc bán tài sản đảm bảo của khách hàng là CTCP Đầu tư Thương mại và dịch vụ SHC Việt Nam để xử lý và thu hồi nợ.

Tài sản đảm bảo cần bán là các trái phiếu do Vietinbank phát hành. Trong đó có 2.040 trái phiếu các loại, thuộc các mã CTG1828T2/01-1180; CTG1929T2/01-1748 và CTG2028T2/02-837. Các lô trái phiếu này được phát hành rải rác trong 3 năm từ 2018 đến 2020, lãi suất năm 2022 từ 6,35% đến 6,72%. Tổng giá trị các lô trái phiếu này là 600 triệu đồng.

Vietinbank Chi nhánh KCN Quế Võ thông báo giá khởi điểm hơn 607,6 triệu đồng – được tính bằng giá trị của số trái phiếu, cộng tiền lãi phát sinh từ ngày trả lãi gần nhất đến ngày chuyển nhượng trái phiếu. Giá khởi điểm trên chưa bao gồm các loại thuế (nếu có), chi phí liên quan đến chuyển quyền sở hữu/sử dụng tài sản, phí đăng ký và các chi phí khác (nếu có) khi thực hiện mua tài sản, chi phí này do người mua tài sản chịu. Giá khởi điểm này đang tạm tính đến ngày 21/11/2022.

Thời gian nhận đơn đăng ký mua tài sản từ ngày 23/11/2022 đến 16h30 ngày 26/11/2022 (trong giờ hành chính).

CTCP Đầu tư thương mại và dịch vụ SHC Việt Nam, gọi tắt là SHC Việt Nam thành lập từ tháng 12/2009 hoạt động chính trong lĩnh vực ẩm thực phong cách Nhật Bản tại Việt Nam. Công ty SHC Việt Nam thường xuyên có những hợp đồng giao dịch đảm bảo tại Vietinbank chi nhánh KCN Quế Võ từ nhiều năm nay. Tài sản đảm bảo trước đó hầu hết là các trang thiết bị hình thành trong tương lai được lắp đặt tại các nhà hàng của công ty tại nhiều địa chỉ khác nhau. SHC Việt Nam được biết đến là doanh nghiệp sở hữu chuỗi nhà hàng với các thương hiệu ẩm thực Nhật Bản kể trên.

Thậm chí tháng 2/2021 Công ty SHC Việt Nam còn có hợp đồng giao dịch đảm bảo với Vietinbank chi nhánh KCN Quế Võ, mà tài sản đảm bảo là các quyền sở hữu thương hiệu.
