Với tỷ lệ chi trả 14%, Tổng công ty Kinh doanh vốn Nhà nước SCIC sắp nhận về 1.050 tỷ đồng cổ tức từ Vinamilk (HM:VNM). Ngày 23/12 tới đây CTCP Sữa Việt Nam (Vinamlik – mã chứng khoán VNM) sẽ chốt danh sách cổ đông chi tạm ứng cổ tức đợt 2/2022 bằng tiền tỷ lệ 14%, tương ứng cổ đông sở hữu 1 cổ phiếu được nhận về 1.400 đồng. Thời gian thanh toán 28/2/2022.

Như vậy với gần 2,09 tỷ cổ phiếu đang niêm yết và lưu hành, Vinamilk sẽ chi khoảng 2.925 tỷ đồng tạm ứng cổ tức đợt này cho cổ đông.

Trước đó tháng 7/2022 Vinamilk mới chốt danh sách cổ đông tạm ứng cổ tức đợt 1/2022 cũng bằng tiền tỷ lệ 20,45%. Như vậy tính cả đợt này cổ đông công ty nhận tổng cộng 34,45% cổ tức cho năm 2022.

Với hơn 752 triệu cổ phiếu VNM đang sở hữu, đợt này Tổng công ty đầu tư và kinh doanh vốn Nhà nước (SCIC) sẽ nhận khoảng 1.050 tỷ đồng cổ tức từ Vinamilk.

Kết quả kinh doanh, doanh thu 9 tháng đầu năm 2022 của Vinamilk gần như đi ngang so với cùng kỳ, đạt 44.888 tỷ đồng. Lợi nhuận sau thuế đạt 6.708 tỷ đồng, giảm 20% so với cùng kỳ.

Tính đến 30/9/2022 Vinamilk còn hơn 4.800 tỷ đồng lợi nhuận sau thuế chưa phân phối. Ngoài ra công ty còn 5.065 tỷ đồng trong quỹ đầu tư phát triển, 202 tỷ đồng vốn khác của chủ sở hữu, 125 tỷ đồng chênh lệch quy đổi ngoại tệ và hơn 34 tỷ đồng thặng dư vốn cổ phần.

Trên thị trường, bất chấp đà giảm của thị trường chứng khoán nói chung, cổ phiếu VNM vẫn duy trì thị giá cao. Hiện tại VNM đang giao dịch quanh mức 82.400 đồng/cổ phiếu. Vốn hoá thị trường đạt hơn 172.200 tỷ đồng.
