Tổ chức tư vấn phát hành là TCBS.Đây là các trái phiếu có kỳ hạn 3 năm với tổng mệnh giá 2.280 tỷ đồng, được đáo hạn vào ngày 28 và 29/11.

Theo thông báo từ TCBS, tiền gốc và lãi từ trái phiếu Vinfast, phát hành năm 2019, có giá trị mệnh giá tương ứng là 2.280 tỷ đồng, được trả đúng hẹn đến các nhà đầu tư. Các trái phiếu trên được bảo lãnh thanh toán bởi công ty mẹ là Tập đoàn Vingroup (HOSE: VIC), được phát hành riêng lẻ theo quy định tại Nghị định số 163/2018/NĐ-CP.

Đồng thời, TCBS chia sẻ tính từ đầu năm 2022 đến nay, khoảng 22.000 tỷ tiền trái tức và gốc đến hạn ứng với trên 400 mã trái phiếu do TCBS tư vấn phát hành đã được thanh toán.
