Các trái phiếu Vinfast vừa thanh toán được bảo lãnh bởi Tập đoàn Vingroup (HM:VIC), được phát hành riêng lẻ theo quy định tại Nghị định số 163 của Chính phủ. Ngày 20/12, Công ty Chứng khoán Kỹ thương (TCBS) đã thông báo về việc hoàn tất thanh toán lãi và gốc lô trái phiếu 10.000 tỷ đồng do công ty tư vấn phát hành.

Đây là các trái phiếu đáo hạn lần lượt trong tháng 12 được phát hành bởi CTCP Sản xuất và Kinh doanh Vinfast và do TCBS tư vấn.

Các trái phiếu trên được bảo lãnh thanh toán bởi công ty mẹ là Tập đoàn Vingroup (VIC), được phát hành riêng lẻ theo quy định tại Nghị định số 163 của Chính phủ.

Cụ thể, trong tháng 11, lô trái phiếu Vinfast trị giá 2.280 tỷ đồng đã được thanh toán đúng hẹn đến nhà đầu tư. Tiếp đó, trong tháng 12, tính tới ngày 19/12, Vinfast đã hoàn tất thanh toán 5.700 tỷ đồng.

Dự kiến 2.020 tỷ đồng sẽ được thanh toán đợt cuối trong ngày 23/12. Như vậy, trong 2 tháng cuối năm, 10.000 tỷ đồng tiền gốc và lãi trái phiếu Vinfast được thanh toán đầy đủ và đúng hạn.

Tính từ đầu năm đến nay, ước tính khoảng 38.000 tỷ đồng tiền trái tức và gốc đến hạn ứng với trên 400 mã trái phiếu do TCBS tư vấn phát hành đã được thanh toán đầy đủ và đúng hạn.

Dự kiến khoảng 14.000 tỷ đồng tiền trái phiếu do TCBS tư vấn phát hành sẽ được thanh toán trong tháng cuối năm.
